Po dokonaniu zakupu nie dostałem żadnej informacji od sprzedawcy, co wzbudziło moje podejrzenia. Następnego dnia próbowałem sie dodzwonić na podane numery ale nikt nie odbiera.

Zamówienie złożone, pieniądze zapłacone, a towaru i jakiegokolwiek kontaktu brak. Tępić takich
”przedsiębiorców”. Ostrzegam przed tą firmą. Sprawa znajdzie swój finał na policji to zwykłe wyłudzenie…

Ordered on 28 November and was immediately charged. Website and receipt said I should receive the order in 5-7 days. The order still hasn't shipped and support does not respond to emails about status. The website now shows the product I ordered as sold out. I've initiated a charge back and reported the seller to Shop.

Zamówienie przez 11 dni nie zostało zrealizowane. Zero kontaktu ze strony sklepu z informacją o opóźnieniu.
W końcu poprosiłam o anulowanie zamówienia.

Ordered from Gravity Blankets UK on 3rd June. No delivery, no tracking, and no response to emails. I’ve raised a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company, many others reporting the same experience, this company is a scam.

Bought a gravity blanket cooling and the zipper broke after 2 washes. Tried reaching out to customer support and they never responded after 2 years still nothing. If you are going to invest you money into something like this find a company with great customer service. I will never buy another blanket from them again

BEWARE: website takes order and does not fulfill it. They are scammers. We have lost £179 on a blanket for our ASD son.

Hadn’t realised this company now a complete !!!!SCAM!!!!. Ordered back in May 23, and blanket arrived but had to pay a ‘post Brexit’ charge. Placed this order on 7/3/25, for £315 before the import duty, and items showed as getting to Polish border then returned. Company not responding to any method of communication. Absolute SCAM.

Ordered a gravity blanket and i tried to return it so i have contacted them many times via email/call/chat but i never get their return label. Very disappointing. I will never order from them again.

Ordered a weighted blanket on 1st November 2024 costing £219.00, received an import VAT and brokerage charges fee of £58.89 on 26th November 2024 (from UPS). Reluctantly paid same. Never received blanket - UPS advised it had been returned to Poland. Contacted Gravity Blankets via email on 29th November, 3rd December, 16th December. Have not received any correspondence in return from Gravity Blankets. Have not received blanket or refund from Gravity Blankets - cannot get in contact with them despite numerous attempts. Would strongly advise to stay away from this company.

Zamówienie z 3 grudnia, po interwencji z powodu przekroczenia czasu na wysyłkę - miało byc wysłane w poniedziałek, potem, przełożyli na środę, 18 grudnia. Jest 17 - sta. Status paczki od 10 dni: "W przygotowaniu".
Fatalnie jest to zorganizowane, oby nie skończyło się przywłaszczeniem przez firmę pieniędzy klientów bez wywiązania się z umowy sprzedaży, bo na to w tej chwili wygląda :(

Ta firma to jedno wielkie oszustwo.Nie mam od 3 tygodni towaru ani pieniędzy,a kwota sporą 1000 zł.Jakas osoba podstawiona odbiera telefon i jak robot ciągle powtarza że towar przygotowany do wysyłki albo że w produkcji 🙄Trzeba zawiadomić policję,nie ma wyjścia.

Dno. Zapłacone i nie wysłali towaru. Złodzieje. Idę na policję zgłosić całą sprawę.

As per other comments on this page - this website is a scam. Order a blanket in October and never received shipment confirmation - contacted customer service by email who said item was under way but it never arrived, so had to raise as dispute with mastercard to recover the funds !
Please stay away from this disgraceful business!

Deken besteld. Nu 1.5 maand later en nog steeds niets. Allerlei excuses, containers die naar een verkeerd land zijn gestuurd, magazijn waarin ze moeten zoeken ect.
Nooit iets bestellen!

Total scam! The items are nothing like pictured, very low quality, you will likely want to return and they have a terrible return policy but even if you return you'll be lucky if they refund anything. I made a return and tracked the item to ensure it was delivered and never got refunded, emailed them 3 times and no one responds.

The blanket is way too heavy and does not have a "cooling effect" as advertised. It was actually hurting my joints! Stopped using it right away.
The return policy is garbage as well, you have to pay 65$ for shipping.
Don't buy it. you will get stuck with it.

Ordered a weighted blanket that never delivered. They refuse to provide refund or even send another one after numerous conversations. Eventually they said do whatever you want to do and I never heard back again. Trust the 2000+ negative reviews you see here!

I returned a blanket to swap out for another through store credits, and because I didn't have account when I purchased, the credits are no where to be found. I've reached out no less than eight times to them via email and through their website chat box. I won't be purchasing any more from them in the future.

I bought Gravity cooling weighted blanket...It was not cooling at all. Material is not pleasant for the skin and is kind of rough. I was trying to contact them to create a return label...but they ignore my messages. The only way to contact them is via email...no response and it has been 3 weeks already! Terrible experience.
