We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

Ridiculous graze snacks advert
I would NEVER buy graze snacks based solely on that pathetic and ridiculous advertisement. Everytime I see it on, I change channels. I'm convinced that the sale of these products has declined since this new ad! Take it off our television screens!

Another company about to go bust by the looks of it.
Good.

Why change something that worked so well?
I have been a Graze customer for several years and always looked forward to receiving my variety box of 4 snacks every week. I had honed my favourites over the years, which was great as I knew that I would always receive something I would like. It was a concept that always worked well for me, and the snacks came in really useful for work or when I needed a little treat.
I was very disappointed when I found out about the changes that Graze was making to introduce a monthly box and completely stop the traditional weekly boxes of 4 snacks. In the monthly box everyone receives exactly the same snacks every month whether you like them or not. The contents of the new box didn’t appeal to me enough to try it and I also feel that it’s way overpriced for the amount of snacks being offered in the new box…more expensive than the weekly boxes for less snacks. It just doesn’t seem like value for money to me anymore. I’m not bothered about the extra gimmicky things in the new box, and am not tempted to try it even at a reduced price. I was totally happy with my 4 snacks a week, it was straightforward and just what I needed. I find the new format totally unappealing. I don’t understand why you felt the need to change something that seemed to work really well, to something so inferior to what you offered before. I can’t even buy my favourite Graze snacks in supermarkets or on your website, because you don’t sell those ones in the supermarkets, and they’re all sold out on your website (all the time). I am no longer a Graze customer because of this, as you gave me no choice but to end my subscription because of the changes you imposed on your customers. If you decide to revert back to your original snack model then I would consider bringing back my custom, but not before then. I wish you all the best but I just can’t see how these new monthly boxes are going to be a success for you, sorry.

Unhappy subscriber…
I have been a graze subscriber for many years, receiving a box every week with a variety of different snacks. It’s almost half the way through the month and although the money has been deducted from my account the graze box has not arrived. Why are there so many oat bars included in the last two months what’s happened to the variety, the only nice thing in last months box was the tea bags. Hated the mushrooms and the packaging does not state what’s in them. I will give it another month but I am considering cancelling my subscription. Sometimes it doesn’t work to change things, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

A lot has changed... and it's not looking good.
Have been an on and off subscriber to graze for more years than I can count. Saw an advert and thought "I'll see what's new." I was very disappointed to see that they have changed to a monthly subscription box, which according to other reviews, is not good, and what's even more disappointing is the fact that there are now zero sweet treats that don't have oats in them.
I have a severe oat intolerance so I can't even ATTEMPT the monthly Graze Presents box just in case I get given stuff with oats. I probably can't even get any savoury snacks either because any of the graze ones will have been packed near the sweet snacks, which the risk was minimal before for cross contamination but now since all of the graze sweet treats contain oat, that risk I feel is greatly increased.
Another reason I can't risk even trying out the new subscription box is because the price is just way too high for me to even chance it. What if I get a box where the partnered brands have oats in whatever snack for that month they provide. I'd spend £10 (maybe even £20! As I saw the original price was) to potentially get one or two snacks I could maybe eat?
I don't know if the nutritional information and ingredients and potential cross contaminants would even be identifies clearly, but honestly, for the price and risk of my health, it really is not worth it.
In addition to the increased cross contamination risk with the savoury snacks, out of all the savoury snacks that are left, I find they lack flavour and they just aren't enjoyable and my favourite snack boxes from the past are no longer available (ie the honey mustard crunch and the pretzel one, not that I can remember the name of it properly)
I guess the last time really was good bye forever, Graze. Looks like I can never order any snacks again.

the Graze advert
I want to review the Graze advert on TV. It's the worst, most annoying and terrible advert I've ever seen. Take it off, it won't tempt anyone to buy your products!

Oh dear - Change for the Worst
I have been a subscriber for many years of the small boxes which get delivered through your letterbox.
There have been no major issues just a few bumps along the way.
However, I have received my first monthly box. The boxes nicely presented but in my opinion it is overpriced with items which are not always wanted or even liked.
I do like the snacks but I guess all good things come to an end... it is such a shame, this new monthly option seems a backward step to me and appears to be a stealth cost cutting exercise.
The subscription has been cancelled. I will stick to buying the snacks ad hoc from the website from the supermarket from now on. Such a shame and missed opportunity.

Cherryless Bakewell
Their cherry bakewells describe themselves as “brimming with cherries”. There were barely any in the ones I bought. I sent an image of them to customer support, and they said there was no issue.

Oh dear Graze
Oh dear Graze, your new monthly box is dreadful. Dull snacks and hardly anything in the big glossy box. It’s monthly so too big for a letterbox. Some things don’t even say what they are on the packaging. Yes, it’s in the leaflet; the big one taking up space in the still half empty monthly box. I can’t believe any customers will welcome this change. Are the little packets more eco packages? That’s good if so, but they don’t jump out as being better and there’s not enough of them. Rethink before this totals your business. Also toooo many sweet things and we don’t get choices or much variety. A very big disappointment indeed.

Graze have changed!! and not in a good way
Graze have changed!!! 👎👎
Not only to monthly but also what's in the box. I've tolerated the changes from quality chocolate, fruit and nut based treats to the current much cheaper corn and bean "bar snacks" as I have have been buying the boxes for several years as a treat for older family members.
But enough is enough. It's rubbish in our opinion.
No treat, nothing to look forward to, nothing I'd buy off the shelf in a supermarket. And tea ? Why??
Tried the cut price box existing customers were offered and at half the price still not worth the money.
Something has gone really wrong at Graze and the marketing is very off putting " curated for jetsetters and trendsetters" what a joke and how arrogant.
M&S and Waitrose will now be my treat sources or even Aldi and Lidl as they offer some of the decent choices at much less money.

Thumbs down for new monthly box
Have been a Graze customer since 2012 and am very underwhelmed by the new monthly box, which for me has immediately lost the appeal of the weekly deliveries that fitted through the letterbox and the chance to customise your snacks (to some degree). I got the first box free but I'm unlikely to continue unless month 2 is a big improvement. Very disappointing all round.

Absolutely awful since they swapped to…
Absolutely awful since they swapped to their new monthly boxes. The contents of the boxes are lacklustre, they didn't even bother to notify me that they were sending it and the shipping company they used just dumped the box at my back door without even a note to let me know it was there.
Their customer service is slow, incompetent and incapable.
And you can see their lacklustre response too.

New monthly graze box..
I have just received my first monthly graze box, instead of the weekly one I have subscribed to for the last 12 years. Over the years I learned to compromise to take into account rising costs of production etc,. For the first few years there were over around 100 different products, including flavoured popping corn, dipping breads, beef jerky and more. But I still liked the convenient concept, as I could "graze" each day at work on mostly healthy (ingredient) snacks. When opening the very sturdy larger box for the monthly delivery yesterday, I felt like the kid who'd been given an orange for Christmas instead of their anicipated new bike! some of the nice graze teabags, just 3 of the usual snacks, some salted pretzels I can't have due to hypertention and a couple of oat boosts/ flapjack portion. The packet of dried Shitake mushrooms must have literally no weight. Sorry guys, too much hype (and space in the box), at the moment it's more like an £8.99 box not £14.99. (appreciate the intro price though).

Couldn't be any more disappointed with…
Couldn't be any more disappointed with the switch from weekly customisable boxes to a monthly box where you pay more money to get snacks you might not even like. This was Grazes USP and made them stand out, now they are just like any other bog standard snack subscription service, nothing new or unique to offer at all. Not sure where Graze got their customer feedback from which brought about this change, but they need to seriously consider an alternative. After viewing the social media and the messages left by Graze it seems they are more interested in trying to pull in new customers rather than give something back to the existing ones that have supported them for over 15 years. Good luck with that.

Graze refunded my delivery charge :)
Edit. They refunded my delivery charge.
Something had obviously happened with my next day delivery. Received a nice email from Seb at Graze to let me know. The snacks were really delicious, so I'm very happy.
Many thanks Graze support team!

Excited to Disapointed in 1 box
Have been a subscriber from the beginning and really loved the different approach. I was very excited at the change to monthly with the hope of new and exciting good to try.
I opened my first box... went straight to my graze account and cancelled! Less snacks for more cost. So disappointing in the snacks... box was very quality and sturdy... probably the best thing about it.

'New' monthly box....no thanks!!!
Having just received my 'New' monthly box I am very disappointed. I have been enjoying my weekly boxes for nearly 15 years, but I have now cancelled my subscription.
You can no longer choose what snacks you like, or can eat depending on your dietary needs. You get less per month than previously supplied with the weekly box, so I would have to 'top up' from other shops to cover this shortfall. All in all a waste of money as I am unable to eat some of the snacks and the quantity of the snacks provided in each packet is shocking. The dried mushrooms, were very nice but there were only 7 pieces in the packet!!
Graze used to create and make their own snacks, that's why everyone loved them, they were creative and the team worked hard to give the customers what they wanted. Unfortunately they've 'sold out' to try to make more profit by buying in snacks from other companies. I'm assuming this will be more profitable for them but as per the many reviews I have read they are going to lose a lot of long term customers.
