If I could review with NIL score I would. Absolutely horrible situation. I had several conversations with Patrick when beans did not arrive. His promise to me was to give a refund as a goodwill gesture and send out a new order on top of that. This did not happen. In fact he was obtuse and quite rude when I phoned him to check by he had cancelled the first order, fid not refund me after his offer, not my request of a goodwill gesture. Beans that arrived are definitely not sufficient for quantity originall ordered. A big disappointment for a child and me. Please do not over promise or lie about the fact that you (Patrick) did not cancel my origindl order.

Refreshingly local company that make high quality and sturdy beanbags and have excellent (and patient) customer service. I bought from them because they make cotton ones, as I wanted to avoid polyester because of the environmental concerns. I only wish they did an alternative to the normal polystyrene filling, which is also very bad for the environment. For this reason I only bought the cover – but can highly recommend the company.

Great when new - refill within less than two months. Really firm and supportive when bought but in less than two months - looked sad and deflated.

Brilliant bean bag for my sons bedroom. He wanted a couch but this does the job just as well!

Absolutely love our bean bag couch! Couldn’t decide what colour/fabric we wanted and the company sent our samples for free. Three boxes of bags with beans arrived which made me nervous of the mess but once reading the instructions it was so easy and quick to do! Gonna be ordering some more cos u can’t have too many bean bags

Just off the phone with an agent (which turned out to be one of the owners) for advice on a bean bag.
Sooooo nice to speak to a human at the other end, who picks up the phone rather than being directed to a recorded message, someone who knows the product and speaks clearly in English.

These are great products, I ordered an XXL Sofa bed and a 3 seater couch. They comes as skins and fillings, they fillings are bags of beads, you dont remove the beds you just stuff the bags in. It did feel a wee bit at times that I was trying to fit into a post covid suit and jacket, took a couple of us to get that zipper closed. It looks great and its very comfortable. I'll be buying again for sure.

p.s the sofa bed is actually more comfortable than a mattress

We just received our order, unfortunately never mentioned anywhere that would come in pieces (as DIY), so the first shock was to see 3 boxes, as I expected the coach in one big piece, ready bean sofa, and then we started to put together, when few bag ripped inside (we were very gentle) and the polystyrene!!! filling went everywhere in the room, so almost got a heart attack and basically ruined our room. We finally put together when realised how basic quality the sofa is, as we sat on (I’m 63kg) my weight just pushed it into ground, and not gave any comfortable feeling at all. As I’ve tried previously other bean bags, I expected higher quality for that sale price, so very disappointed as no expectations were fulfilled. No recommendations to anyone, and if I could I would put 0.

Grateful for my purchase! The bean bag is incredibly comfortable and a perfect addition to my home.

How refreshing to get such good service from a company.
We ordered two indoor/outdoor bean bag chairs and straight away realised that the Large was a bit on the small size and that XL was going to be more suitable. We got straight on to GBB and they couldn't have been more helpful saying it wasn't a problem and asking when we would like to receive them. We paid the difference and two days later we had the replacements..... pretty impressive. They look well made, are very comfortable and paying a little more for the larger size is well worth the extra expense. Thank you

Having inadvertently placed a large Bean Bag on top of a Yankee Candle, on the floor for 3 hours, I can confirm the non-flamable qualities of the fabric are excellent. Just need to work out how to repair it now !

I had an excellent experience with Great Bean Bags. I realised the bean bag I ordered (the monster), while great quality, was too big for my living room. The customer service was fantastic and they refunded my return in full

Ordered a large bean bag 2 years ago and it was lovely at first. Nice mustard corduroy . Trouble is they stretch enormously and the fill seems to really flatten. Only really used by my 13 year old daughter. I sat on it and my bum touches the floor underneath as it spreads. Phoned to see if could get some replacement fill to be told 4 cubic meters would be £31! Thought L would be charged something but not that much.Needless to say will go elsewhere for another beanbag. Shame as the bag seemed nice. Just be aware they will need refilling a lot.

Ordered late night Tuesday, changed mind about colour Wednesday morning. Phoned GBB who answered WITHIN 10 SECONDS. A human not a recording! I said I'd changed my mind - "no problem" - changed the order there and then. Email confirmation followed. Item arrived Friday midday. No shipping charges. WOW!! I've not experienced this kind of service in years. You deserve every success GBB.

The bean bag is very well made and well worth the money, I’ve had a few now and all of them haven’t lasted or there hasn’t been enough beans etc…
I love how there is such a large choice for colours of the bags as well, again something that other companies lack.
The dog also loves it haha!

I ordered some fabric samples, which arrived super fast, and then went ahead and ordered my bean bag (XL corduroy layz!). I placed the order at 11pm on the 12th April, and it arrived at about 9am on the 14th! I was so impressed with the turnaround time, communication about possible delays, and packaging. I left two of the filling bean bags out for now, so I'm hopeful I can add one or two if it starts feeling flat at any point. Overall a great experience. Worth the price!
