1 star too high. Have bought from company in past and they were great. Responded to email promotion. Ordered product 24/6/26. No product. No reply to numerous emails sent. Very poor customer service. Will need to arrange chargeback for the monies.

Can you give less than 1 star? Buyer Beware!

The copy of the attached email is self explanatory but I have subsequently printed it off and posted to their address in Winchester as well, absolutely nothing. I am now about to write to the RHS and the British Honey Federation and make them aware that this company are a bunch of rogues. I pity their bees! I have not been able to attach the photograph of the tin here but it was taken at 7.30 on the evening of purchased and shows a tin virtually scraped out by wooden testing sticks.
I have used their messaging facility, sent 3 emails and posted a letter.

You can see from the time of the photo that it is the same evening, obviously a mistake, I wrote to your contact page, where it is not possible to add a photo or phone you, explaining all this and, appreciating that you would be at Chelsea all week anticipated a reply when you returned home.
I have subsequently emailed on Monday 25/6 to this address with a photo requesting a replacement again.
We were served by a lady ‘of a certain age’ who’s husband uses the balm for a dry skin condition on his back and she could not recommend it highly enough to try on my palmar psoriatic hands and wrists.

This is obviously a mistake, I have been given a tester tin which could easily happen, although it shouldn’t, what is infuriating is why are you not replying?

I have purchased from this company at craft fairs before for both myself and for presents and have found their products good quality and enjoyed so decided to order on line. Mistake. Slow delivery (one week later than told once I had ordered) and the order was incomplete. Absolutely no acknowledgement of my emails and contact via website for a month about the missing items; no apology, let alone any offer to send the missing items and no refund of monies owed. Very disappointed that have needed to report dispute to credit card company. Will not longer use this company, even if see a stand of theirs at a future craft fair. Very disappointed as the quality of their products good.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Three emails about an order that has not been delivered, no updates, totally ignored. From reviews seen elsewhere seems I'm not the only one. Avoid!
