Ohh What A Difference
What a great change to the quality of my water since adding the GleatWater filter system to my poor mains water trunk line.
No longer have all that rust and sediment. Water tastes fantastic and shower water feels soft. Fast delivery and installation of the system and people I spoke to were polite and very helpful. Highly recommend both Great Water and filtration.

Taking an order when there is no stock.
Did not receive my filter after 14days. Had to call up,only to find out that my order could not be fulfilled due to no stock of the filter I had ordered. A promise was made to have it send to me sometime late February i.e 7 weeks after order date.

Very poor experience. This company would not answer my calls, then after ordering filters online I have received 12 separate emails so far advising I still have goods in my cart. Lift your game GWFA, not good enough!!

I didn't like that I didn't have a choice to use my Paypal account for payment and had to physically put my credit card number in ...I also didn't like that my credit card details saved on a platform called Link. I have no idea how secure this is as I didn't ask for my details to be saved ..I also tried to call customer servce and when I clicked on contacts it wanted to load but then didn't ...

Best decision I've made
I decided to install the water system from great water filter because I had ran a bath for my grandson and could not believe the smell of chlorine in the water, I emptied the bath and kept running the water.the smell was so bad it made my eyes water.
So the next morning I ordered a system and couldn't be happier. The water is so beautiful and reminds me of what water should be.we have noticed a huge difference with skin and hair..so glad I did this
