Another excellent selection of wine
In addition to 6 bottles of our favourite Rose, we picked another selection of wine, quickly delivered using DPD in very well packed box.
First bottle of Red opened was the Capeline Syrah Grenache which was excellent.
Looking forward to trying the rest.

Avoid
Bought a special bottle for an occasion. Paid for express delivery. DPD did not follow instructions and didn’t deliver. They rescheduled for the Monday (original delivery was Friday). I checked all the delivery instructions were up to date. Again the bottle was not delivered. This meant we missed the occasion the wine was ordered for. I requested a refund. I had a response on April 27th saying they could see there had been two attempts to deliver to the wrong location and they would process a refund as soon as the wine was back at the depot. That was 10 days ago. No refund and no communication. Extremely poor.

Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to give the breakdown of events here. Having reviewed what has happened and now spoken to our customer services team we agree fully that your experience of using our service has been extremely poor and well below the level that we are aiming for. Errors occur of course but both our response and that of our courier have been woeful and we're very sorry this resulted in your delivery missing the occasion. A resend should have been arranged quickly as should communication with you to let you know what was going on. Although it shouldn't have got to this stage, the refund should have been processed immediately and again communications sent to you. The refund was processed on 12th so this should be with you but this is unacceptably too late. By way of an apology we would like to send you something , if this would be acceptable?

The Frost Pocket Sauvignon wine that I purchased was also lovely.
