Extremely disappointed
The olive oil pump arrived already broken and completely unusable. I contacted customer service, but unfortunately they were very unhelpful and showed no real interest in resolving the issue.
I expected a much better-quality product and much better customer service. A faulty item can happen, but the way the complaint was handled was extremely disappointing.
I would definitely not recommend this company.

Resposta da Greek Market
The review says the customer "expected a much better quality product". That means the product was not to her liking.
That is not damage.
Two damage claims were submitted. Neither photograph showed any visible fault.
If a product is simply unwanted, the correct route is a change of mind return.

Resposta da Greek Market
At checkout, the customer personally selected 12 AUGUST as the delivery date for this frozen order.
Royal Mail attempted delivery on 12 AUGUST and recorded “NO ANSWER”. A second attempt was made on 13 AUGUST and again recorded “NO ANSWER”. On 14 AUGUST, the customer then submitted a new delivery request to Royal Mail for delivery on 15 AUGUST, when the parcel was finally received.
It is therefore misleading to attribute the condition of the frozen products to Greek Market. The order was dispatched correctly for the delivery date selected by the customer, but the recipient was unavailable for TWO CONSECUTIVE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS and then chose a later delivery date.
CUSTOMERS ORDERING FROZEN PRODUCTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THEM ON THE DELIVERY DATE THEY SELECT.
Excellent Service & Fast Delivery
Great online shopping experience! The delivery was arranged to suit my availability, everything arrived on well packed, and the quality of the products was excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Amateur delivery of frozen goods
Food selection is ok, same as all other greek shops and wholesalers in London. But delivery is amateur, no real insulation in the box and a bunch of icepacks that do nothing without insulation. You would expect them to know better since they are selling frozen goods. Everything came defrosted and I had to throw away, very poor.

Thank you for your feedback, Georgios. Once a frozen parcel is delivered to concierge, reception or internal building storage, Greek Market cannot control how long it remains there or the temperature conditions before collection.
The frozen parcel was delivered within 24 hours using our frozen packaging process, so the review does not reflect the full delivery context.

Authentic Greek Products and Excellent Service.
I've been shopping with Greek Market for some time now and have always had a great experience.
The quality of the products is excellent, with a wide selection of authentic Greek foods that are often difficult to find elsewhere in the UK.
Orders are processed quickly, packaged carefully, and delivered on time.
What I appreciate most is the consistency of the service and the freshness of the products.
The website is easy to use, and customer support has always been helpful whenever I've had a question.
If you're looking for genuine Greek products in the UK, I would highly recommend Greek Market. A reliable company that delivers exactly what it promises.

A wonderful enterprise selling a wide range of Greek foodstuffs. The delivery service is super speedy and reliable. I especially love their EVOO and specialist honeys. Indeed I am eating a small piece of baklava as we speak and it is utterly delicious.
