Hi Ioannis, thanks for your feeback. Carrier's tracking indicates you've requested re-delivery. Please note that rescheduling requests innevitably delay delivery by 1 business day. We'd like to remind our customers that Greek Market's day-definite delivery is there to help you avoid situations like this. If you'd like to change your chosen delivery date/address, please do so by contacting customer services (https://greekmarket.co.uk/help) before your order is dispatched. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback. Our insulated gel-pack boxes are designed to keep frozen goods safe for 24–48 hours in transit with Royal Mail/DPD/Evri/DHL/UPS. “Soft to the touch” gel packs don’t automatically mean defrosted; if the packs are still mostly solid, contents remain below 0 °C and can be refrozen or refrigerated. If your gel packs arrived fully melted and the items were warm, please contact us via our Help & Support form with your order number and photos so we can investigate and resolve in line with our policy. Thanks for the feedback, Andrei, and for noting the quick, safe delivery. We’re sorry the coffee didn’t feel good value. Import and currency costs can affect shelf prices, but we aim to stay competitive. If you tell us which coffee you mean via our contact form, we’ll suggest better-value alternatives or flag upcoming offers. Kind regards GM team
