I realized the plan was not for me and…
I realized the plan was not for me and didn't use it. I paid$19.99 for that month. A month after I thought I had cancelled the plan, I was charged $39.99 for the next month and $99.99 for expert help which I had never signed up for. I contacted the company immediately to cancel and asked for a Refund for at least the $99.99 charge. A junior support person got back to me and said they would not refund either charge, but they cancelled any future charges. I can't believe it. I contacted them on the same day I got the unexpected charge and the fact that they refused to refund at least the upselling charge of $99.99 was a shock. This is not a good company to do business with. I suggest not using it.

They do get a bit repetitive though and I’m a bit bored with quinoa, tofu and porridge. But it’s worth it when I see my weight dropping

Ik nam een abonnement voor 1 maand om te zien of Green Diet iets voor mij was... helaas niet echt mijn ding en dus was ik helemaal niet van plan om dit te verlengen.. Tot mijn grote verbazing zag ik deze morgen dat Green Diet zomaar 37 euro van mijn rekening afboekten
Ik nam meteen contact op met mijn bank en zij bevestigen dat dit een typisch voorbeeld is van fraude.. je kan niet zomaar dit bedrag afboeken zonder mijn toelating! Ik weet zelfs niet voor wat ik nu betaald heb! Te mijden !
