There is no phone number to contact the…
There is no phone number to contact the company and customer service is very slow to respond. Paid extra 15 euros to be able to amend or cancel bookings but still lost all the money and got no direct answer from customer support. Will not use this company again.

We would never had booked had we known…
We would never had booked had we known buggies were not available. On securing the booking, the Greenfee365 site stated "request buggies on arrival in pro shop". When we arrived and paid the green fee, we were told there were no buggies available. (they said they have only a small amount at the club)
It was unfortunate that our tee time immediately followed 2 large society groups, which took 2hrs 37 mins for 9 holes. We decided to call it a day after the 9 holes due to the tediously slow play, and walking with clubs. There was no Marshall on the course.
We did try to go to the Pro shop following our 9 holes, however they were closed at 4.20pm. We stayed & enjoyed the excellent outside bar/catering facilities until 5.40pm, the Pro shop was still closed.
On a positive note, the Greens were absolutely perfect, fast and true. The bunkers were well maintained, as were the fairways.

Booked a same day round
Booked a same day round. Website defaulted to a date in the future between selection and payment. I immediately realised this from the confirm and tried to rectify. The golf club had no record of any booking so I had to pay them separately. Despite repeated attempts to get a refund from 365 they have deflected, obfuscated and finally ignored.
They appear to not care that they have taken £40 off me

Your booking for 23 March 2026 was confirmed by the golf club. However, the club has informed us that the tee time was recorded as a no-show.

The course rating on your website was overrated the parador golf course in Malaga is in poor condition except for the greens and tea boxes everything else is substandard.
