Process was simple and Green Home Systems walked us through all the steps, providing eplanations when requested and helped us pick the right system for our needs and goals. The planning and approval process took a little longer than expected due to electric company processes, but once all the plans were approved it took a couple of weeks for the equipment to be ordered and delivered, the installation team was done in a day and worked the team lead returned to meet with electric company inspectors to do the meter hookup. It took about a week for the power company to complete its paper work and provide approval to turn on, but since then we have been exporting more power than we comsume and when we did have a power outage (about a month after turn on) the house switched over to solar and battery flawlessly. Outage lasted about 4 hrs (3 hours after sunset) and the batteries only drained about 20%. Very happy with the performance and cost is about what we were paying for monthly electric service.

Working with GHS was great from the initial phone call to the engineer and installers. Everyone kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions. The panels also look great.

Solar Green dealt with San Bernardino county, so I did not have too. The panels have been working great since 2014.
