Thank you for your review. We’re pleased the service was excellent and quick.
Before booking Green Motion I checked…
Before booking Green Motion I checked what age of vehicle we would possibly get, it started Green Motion has a modern fleet around one to three years old, having this information we decided to book our car for our upcoming holiday to Greece, having arrived at the hire car reception we were given a car that was at least ten years old with a high degree of bodywork scratches and a parcel shelf that was nearly broken in two , having said all that the car drove quite well for the two weeks we had it, we returned the car back to Green Motion after the two weeks, they checked over the vehicle and said have you cleaned it , as generally the inside is full of sand , but the car was returned as we received it clean, we went to the desk and produced our credit card to refunded for the damage waiver, when the money was later transferred back into our account it was £43 pounds shorter than we had paid , still not sure why this was, if it was currency fluctuations it seems rather high.
Would I use Green Motion again not sure.

Resposta da Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Preveza Aktion Lefkada Airport
Thank you for giving such a detailed account of your hire. I understand why the vehicle’s age and condition were disappointing given the information you saw before booking, even though it drove well during your trip. I also note your concern about the amount returned to your card. We cannot determine the reason for that difference from the review alone. Please contact our central customer services team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com so they can check the booking, payment and refund records with you.

Long delay in returning the deposit
I was happy with the service and the car provided but the reason I have given a 1 star rating as it has taken over 3 weeks for the deposit to be removed from my credit card, which is unacceptable in this age of technology.

Thank you for recognising the service and the car. We understand your concern that the deposit hold remained on your card more than three weeks later. The authorisation status needs checking against the rental and payment records. Please email your rental reference privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can clarify what has happened.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Nick. I’m sorry the pickup at Preveza took over 90 minutes and that only one colleague was available at the counter. Your feedback highlights a frustrating start to the rental, and we’ll pass it to the local team for review.
