Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns immer wieder wählen. Es ist schön zu hören, dass Sie sich beim Team auf Zakynthos inzwischen so willkommen fühlen.
Excellent experience from beginning to end
The pick up, the drop off and also the return of the deposit were seamless and efficient. We met two different members of staff who were both very helpful, friendly and professional. The fact that their office and car pick up was just across from the airport terminal also meant that the whole process was very speedy.
