Received 1 Packed with seal broken. Informed Customer Service about problem with improper packaging. They said they would send replacement. Tried to explain about improper packaging, but did not seem concerned. Explained that I have been a 4 year customer. Hope that situation is resolved, if not I will move my business elsewhere. Did not send in box, rather plastic rapping only. The cold weather broke seal

Relax berries work since 2021
I’ve used Green Roads products for a few years now. The Relax Berries help me sleep. I appreciate the testing with the product. I am not looking for THC, just CBD to knock the edge off. I also use their First-responder discount. I appreciate this and thank you for a great product.

Rude…
A person called at 7:15 am to confirm my order waking me up. I said I would call back she wasn't nice. I called about 3 hours later when I asked why I was getting the call she said to confirm me address . And then said now we have. So anything else... she was rude so I asked to just cancel my order she said ok it's done and hung up on me. I don't find q need to give money to company's with horrible customers service.
