Everything has been great through the whole process. My unit came damaged from UPS and Ed stayed in contact with me the whole time until I received a replacement.

Ed was super quick getting back to me about lead times and availability on a machine I wanted. Not to mention Ed helped apply a discount to my order, turns out there was a promotion on the sorter I wanted so that was super helpful. These sold are sold out like almost everywhere so his timeliness is appreciated. Thanks Ed!

GreenThumb is the new beez neez go to 1 stop shop. Ive used them for small and large orders there customer service is beyond good, they will do anything possible to help you, trust me i know. I use them to order all my products now most times cheaper and free shipping cant complain there

Customer service was unbelievably good plan on doing business with them in the future ordered a ph pen and it glitched up on me after 2 months emailed them and sent a video and they sent me a new one hassle-free. I recommend speaking with Cole Lara. Extremely helpful and friendly helped me through it.

Cole is absolutely great! I had an issue with my order and shipping and it was a long process to get everything worked out, but Cole held my hand through the entire process and eventually got me to a resolution I could accept!! He deserves a star for excellence!! Just a true gem.

I needed a new dehumidifier ASAP. Green Thumb Depot had Quest, and on sale. So I jumped on it. Big mistake. After one week of no updates regarding the shipment I called the company to see what was going on and ask for a refund since I needed one right away and it hadn't shipped. The fella I spoke with told me the dehumidifier was just picked up and sent me an email with their freight courier's information. Cool, I thought, it'll be here in a few days. Nope. Apparently their freight courier doesn't know how to route an item from MI to WI in less than a month. That's right, next week it'll be one month since I placed the order...still no delivery. I sent Green Thumb Depot a message a few days ago expressing my frustration and to inform them that I had to purchase another dehumidifier because the one from them never arrived. I also suggested they find a new freight courier. They did respond with all the expected apologies and sympathies, while they're try to decide if they are going to refund me for an item I never received. None of which changes the fact that they're partnered with a company that routinely has this issue. Read the other reviews. I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem. Perhaps smaller items ship fine by this company but, be warned, any freight could arrive anywhere from one month to.........

I ordered a source turbo, and dealt with customer service twice regarding my order. Once was over an incorrect shipping address. Both times, Camille was very friendly, responded rapidly, and resolved my issue. 100% a positive experience, and I'd gladly buy from Green Thumb Depot again.

I ordered a Harvest Right freeze dryer through Green Thumb. Ed contacted me letting me know there was a two week wait period.
It was actually 3 weeks when I called to find out if it was shipped.
Camille, who answered my email, was right on it and found out what was going on.
I wanted it before Christmas to do a family taste testing. Alas, that didn't happen as there were some issues with the shipping company.
I feel the shipping/tracking could be better.
The dryer arrived and looks amazing. Easy set, easy to follow directions. Now just waiting for the rest time, bread run, and then the real deal!
Thumbs up for all the help Camille did through this process.

God awful customer service never shopping with them again

I would definitely recommend based on customer service alone. I ordered a Nugamasher Mini bundle. Unfortunately I found out a few of the items in the bundle were on back order. When I contacted the customer service they were very helpful in offering a refund for the missing items. I chose to wait on the back orders. The rep kept in constant contact to let me know the status. When everything was back in stock I was advised that one of the items was still not available. I was again offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement which worked out well. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience. Thank you Camille for you dedication.

I had a small issue with a pollen tumbler I purchased (probably due to UPS handling) and they were very helpful getting it resolved. Great communication, prompt no hassle interaction. I was impressed and relieved because I never know what to expect with customer service anymore. Im even taking the time to write a review for them.

Ordered a freeze dryer for my daughter, her main Christmas present. Just one day later I received an email stating the item could possibly be 3 to 4 weeks out. I asked Ed (the rep who emailed me) if I could pay extra for faster shipping. He actually contacted the manufacturer to find out it wasn't possible and he would refund my full purchase price if needed. Ed also contacted me back several times before I found another site other than Green Thumb Depot that had the item "in stock". I will be purchasing from Green Thumb Depot in the future for sure!

Green thumb has been very helpful with my purchase of a new centurion pro trimmer. They explain all the details of the equipment and purchase options.
They will return your phone call or email promptly and walk you through the process. Could not ask for better customer service.
