Excellent service and fast shipping every time!

Update: Greenwellness reached out and resolved the issue. They are working with Hemplucid regarding their pet cbd product. While I will never buy that particular product again, the customer service I've experienced the last few days with Greenwellness has been stellar. I'll continue to buy Social cbd oil from them.
Orignal post: I purchased Hemplucid cbd oil for my cat that was supposed to be chicken flavored. He would barely touch his food no matter how hungry he was, no matter what food I mixed it with, or how little I mixed in his food. He even threw up twice, even though I had significantly lowered the dosage the second time. I couldn't smell the chicken flavor, so I tried it. It was a nasty mix of metallic, mineral, grassy, medicine-like flavor. No chicken flavor AT ALL. I sent a complaint to GW days ago, and they never even bothered to respond. The one time I had a question for the previous owners, they responded within hours. Sad that GW is now owned by folks who clearly are fine with selling inferior products and don't care about their customers.

They had a product on sale. Bought it and it arrived. Expiration date was the same month I bought it. Sent them an email and did not get a response. Called them the next day and they said they sent me an email back (never got, checked spam). Did not offer anything for their misleading sale. I said they should offer a refund or credit. They transferred me to the manager who did not answer the phone. Left a voicemail. Then got a call back saying they're crediting me $10. Big whoopie. Poor way to retain a customer who has bought from them for years. Then I got the email and it's $10 off $65 purchase lol. Will not buy from them again.

Not as many emails with coupon codes for %Off. Had to make this purchase in full and also had to pay shipping- Nothing on the checkout pg said if I added a certain $amount more it would be free shipping. I do like the gummie items and was looking for more edibles other than gummies and chocolate. That being said, I still feel comfortable shopping with this vendor.

My bottle of CBD came during a warm spell in the mail and caused several gel tabs to melt. The moisture in the bottle still causes them to stick together.
