Brilliant bunch of lads. Did all the packing and moved everything with no damage. They even let us remove the carpets from the new place before bringing the boxes in.

Great laugh and made the whole process stress free.

If only the solicitors were as efficient as these guys.

Absolutely fantastic service. So quick and helpful, a very efficient bunch of guys. Took all the stress out of moving. Nothing was damaged and everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. You can't get better service and for a great price too.

Terry and Dan moved my grand piano today from Horsham to Chichester. They had all the equipment they needed for the removal as they exactly knew what to do. They are both kind, polite and their competence made a very stressful few hours very unstressed. I strongly recommend them for piano removal and I will use them again if needed.

The actual removal men were lovely, however there were many items either broken or badly scratched. These included two pieces of furniture which Greenwood’s paid £250 towards the repairs which I agreed but upon opening the last box, a very expensive serving plate had been smashed which my daughter had made personally by Burleigh for me and cannot be replaced anymore. Generally the packing was not done correctly ie. Knives and forks wrapped safely in bubble wrap whilst china items just in paper. Some items of furniture had not be wrapped at all. There were several scratches and breakages of glass items generally which I think is unacceptable. A lot of my furniture I brought over from South Africa in 2004 without any damages at all so was really surprised to find so many with this move. I did call regarding the further damages, but to date I haven’t heard back.
Also the fact that they don’t recycle all the paper they use for each customer, I found staggering in this day and age.

Have no hesitation in recommending them, they moved me from Chichester to the Isle of Wight without a hitch.

Greenwoods Removals were unable to move my piano despite us sending photos ahead of time showing possible access and manoeuvring issues. When they did attempt to move it, they ended up causing damage to the leg of my piano. When they issued a refund to me it took weeks for me to actually receive the money in my bank account. In the meantime I had to pay another piano removal service £400 to get the job done, meaning I was out of pocket by £850. Despite numerous attempts to gain information on the whereabouts of my refund and possible timescales, they offered no help. I was left very much in the dark and felt they did not care about the fact I was out of pocket through no fault of my own with bills and a mortgage to pay for.

Very disappointing service and will not be recommending them to anyone.

The men that came to do our house move were fantastic! Nothing was too much for them! When we thought we might not have enough time the manager in the office was ready to come with another van so we could get it all moved. Could not recommend this company enough! Fantastic team and super easy to do business with. Very reasonably priced too!
