I submitted an online request for a quote and was unsure if I needed level 2 or 3; with or without a survey… Sarah called me back and explained everything very clearly based on the information I gave her re the new house and helped me make an informed decision. Sarah and Rita were very clear and efficient in booking and providing reports and invoices etc.
Mr Gribbon did a very thorough survey and foresaw a very significant issue that we are now in the process of resolving with the owners, he explained everything clearly in a call prior to his final report.
