Gribbon and Pelham Chartered Surveyors Avaliações

The survey appointment was booked in quickly and completed as planned. The surveyor gave verbal feedback on the same day as completing the survey which was extremely helpful. The written report was completed in good time and was very thorough. All the staff we dealt with have been extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything happened as and when it should and I was kept fully informed.

We recieved excellent, friendly, and very professional service from the first contact and Gribbon Pelham kept us updated throughout both by phone and email. We would recommend this company without hesitation

Tony is extremely professional, clear and efficient. He has surveyed our last two house purchases and I would recommend him and his team whole-heartedly.

G&P provided a great Level 3 survey for a property for us. They were able to turn around the survey promptly and their report was very detailed, well structured and well explained.

Tony gave us plenty of time to run through the report prior to finalising and we look forward to a further meeting to discuss some areas that are outside of our expertise and need explaining.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use G&P again and would highly recommend their services.

We’ve been so impressed with the service provided by the whole team at Gribbon and Pelham. All their communication was very quick and the survey was booked within days of initially contacting them. The inspection and report were very thorough and the surveyor took the time to give a clear, verbal update before the written report was ready. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. 100% recommend.

Very thorough, was happy to discuss the report multiple times over the phone, will be using again and would recommend.

Prompt service with a personal touch, explaining problems in detail prior to written survey report.

Recommended to me by a family member who has worked with Tony for years, Gribbon & Pelham were excellent from start to finish, completing the survey within a week and providing extremely detailed and useful feedback. Highly recommended

Recommended to me and I found them efficient and thorough with their report which was easy to understand. I would certainly use them again

Very Helpful staff and great communication.

Very polite and helpful on the phone. Quick response to survey and telephone call to point out any red flags.

Prompt attention, quick and precise survey by a qualified surveyor.

A very smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

Friendly, helpful and responsive! They made this part of a long drawnout out process (house buying!!) super quick, easy, and stress free! We highly recommend, thanks team!

From start to finish G&P have been a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond to emails and offered a very reasonable quote compared with their local competition, I would highly recommend them. Tony was excellent on the phone, breaking everything down and chatting it all through. The report arrived sooner than anticipated too. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish, extremely quick to carry out our survey and very reasonably priced.
