Every contact with Grillo has been highly professional and smooth sailing. Lucy in design was excellent and our virtual meeting meant that she could see the desire space for my kitchen. Luke was very personable & organised the delivery. John and Robert were excellent with the installation, great attention to detail & very friendly. Entire kitchen fitted in half a day. Perfectly positioned and dead level in both directions and it looks fantastic. I’m waiting for the electrician to come and complete the wiring but otherwise it’s up and running. I had a couple of teething issues but Grillo responded quickly to sort them out. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives out there but I’m glad I chose Grillo. Fantastic service. Fantastic product.

The best measure of a company is when there is an issue and how it is corrected. We had a manufacturing issue with the gas bbq, and we had a new one fitted within two day, which is excellent customer service. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Where do I start, the online configurator is excellent, allows you to design something yourself or choose from a pre design, then view the design in situ giving you a real feel of what the kitchen will look like. When you speak with the staff nothing is too much trouble, Dominique was superb, answering all questions without being "salesy" , discussing delivery dates, installation options etc. Lisa also excellent, providing further information along the way. Delivery was seamless well informed and the items arrived on time. the kitchen looks fantastic. This is a quality product, from a quality company. I couldn't recommend Grillo highly enough.
