My experience with Grimfrost was a great one and something I think more companies should follow. I ordered an arm ring from them and waited for my order to arrive. Due to some complications with UPS, the arm ring kept getting delayed in shipping. So I emailed Grimfrost my frustration and they responded with such outstanding and kind gestures. They offered to send a new one free of charge and also explained why it kept getting delayed and even stated if the original order ever does show up, I can still keep it which I think was a great thing for them to do. I will continue to order from Grimfrost in the future if the times comes! Great customer service!

I like the products of Grimfrost. Very god service. Very god quality. But I miss women's staff like spindles, whorls, distaffs, wool comps, band looms, weaving tabletts ....... and so on. Just the Oseberg burial is full with textile tools and I would like to buy these type of replicates.
