I love some of the clothing but have realised that the sizing seems completely random and incorrect. This is a nuisance when buying online. The items should be the same measurements as described on line. I think Grizas could do better as this makes customers unhappy.

Shopping with Grizas, is a retail delight.

The sort of shopping experience you may, if you’re lucky (or old enough), have experienced in the long distant past.
A time when companies valued and cared about their customers and clothes didn’t fall apart after a wash or two.
I’ve been shopping with Grizas.com now for years, (I’m in the UK). The clothes are beautiful, they use gorgeous material, colours are perfect, and the service is sublime.

Don’t take much store by the negative reviews, they absolutely deserve a 5* rating!

This was my first shopping experience at Grizas.com.
Absolutely lovely garments, fantastic materials and very good information on delivery matters.
I will definitely shop here again!

Les vêtements sont beaux et le service client gentil mais il y a une pression pour que le client choisisse un échange plutôt qu’un remboursement et le coût de celui-ci , si on insiste , est prohibitif.
Ils paient cher, vous répondent-ils. Et bien, le client n’est pas responsable du choix de la Lituanie.

Great service, fast shipping, beautiful clothes in natural fabrics.

Absolutely dreadful purchase. I am so disappointed. Having bought many clothes from Grizas in physical shops over the years, I was looking forward to this online buy. Oh dear. Far from being a loose comfortable linen tunic in medium size, it was tight, poor quality and nothing like the picture. I was prepared to spend the money and even though it was reduced it was still expensive.
What a terrible disappointment.
I won't ever buy from Grizas again.

Grizas uk website is misleading. Returns policy is heavily weighted in their favour. Don’t buy online - I ordered two dresses in same colour, intending to return one, but find they pressurise you not to return as they make returns costly and inconvenient. Do not buy from this company

I have bought Grizas clothes from shops in the UK and REALLY like them. I have just bought 3 things from them directly online. 2 of them were a) very expensive and b) not as they appeared to be from the photos and c) they took AGES to get here. I need to return 2 items.

The returns process is ridiculous, arcane and very administratively heavy - and will cost me £15. Plus I have to drive 12 miles to get the parcel to the nearest UPS!

So only buy from them online if you are absolutely certain you want the item!!

I have ordered two pairs of trousers that are not on the website, but when I send an email I receive an order link and I can then order the trousers, which will then be delivered within 8 days. Grizas keeps me informed about my order and the progress of the order. This is really great service. This morning my beautifully packaged package arrived and I am very happy with it again.

Waited ages for items to arrive and very disappointed when they did - quality and fit awful. But worse was in store - the returns process is ridiculously arcane and very very expensive . I will never buy from this company again . A total rip off

I ordered from their new range and bought a red linen and silk balloon shaped dress,
I have bought lots of dresses from them before and this dress did not disappoint .These styled dresses always make me feel great and look wonderful to,
I was kept well informed about the delivery and the waiting times because it was being handmade.
It came today and was beautifully wrapped which has made it extra special,

The maxi gauze linen dress i purchased for my birthday was more than i expected. Great quality and what is the best, a unique desing. I got many compliments so i decided to write a compliment for this company. The dress was made specially for me, in this case it made me more confident that it is making less impact on environmental problems, than other mega fashion brands. Good luck, Grizas!

I was foolish enough to order from this company, and only after they had taken my money, luckily by credit card, did I see that they said they needed 12 working days, which is clearly at least two weeks to fulfill my order. This is not acceptable because my special occasion is before then. When I pointed this out they said they would prioritise it. Having heard nothing from them for some time I e-mailed, only to get a reply that they were 'out of the office'!!! This was on a working day, and there was no phone number available. I have now raised the matter with my bank, asking them to cancel the payment on my card, and have had to go elsewhere to buy another dress. It is just not good enough. They did not make me feel I am a valued customer, and the dress cost well over £200. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again. Others should be wary, especially as their postage costs are huge, even in the UK.

Be aware that returning an item will cost you £30 in shipping, no free returns here. The clothing has eccentric sizing, it is big!. The shoulders are always very broad and droop. I have bought a number of items and had to return quite a few. The return shipping cost is ludicrous. I have returned other EU items without these penalties

These are excellent because of 8% stretch in the silk so they fit snugly at waist and hips but are like well fitting trousers below the knee. And a most lovely deep viridian colour. And excellent service - thanks Grizas.
