Parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Even you were e-mail of the new address and payment was made from the new address. Have not live on were you deliver the parcel for nearly 10yrs. It was embarrassing 😳

The sanitiser gel itself is rather…
The sanitiser gel itself is rather runny and diluted and is not like the ones I used to buy from our local bargain booze shop. They stopped selling the product hence thats why I bought straight from yourselves. It has the same bottle and same packaging and looks but the gel is very runny and doesn't smell the same, this product is the only one that doesn't dry out my skin on my hands. I don't know if you've changed the way the product is made but its just not the same as it was.
