I didnt order the product (razor replacement). I stated to you not to send it before it was shipped. Im disputed the sale and not paying since I didnt order it. You dont listen and shipped it anyway. Very poor business ethics. Close my acct. Dont ever send me anything again.

The groomie pro shaver has performed very well. Customer service has been very helpful.

The groomie pro shaver has performed great. I have been very satisfied with it. I use it to shave my head, but I only shave with it once or twice a week so I don't need to change the blade head very often. So after several months of being sent new replacement head regularly via automatic subscription I had accumulated about a dozen new heads. When I contacted customer support by email they were very helpful in helping me cancel my subscription for the new heads.

Finally After 4 Emails to Customer Service

Finally, after 4 emails to customer service, they finally got back to me. They indicated that I had two accounts and canceled one of them. They still have not finalized whether they will exchange a blade that does not fit my Groomie. We will see!

3 minutes. Maybe not. Works well though.

Immediate response was appreciated. Thank you and good job Groomie.10 minutes every 3-4 days and easy to clean. I do like this product. I tried Freebird and was not happy and returned it after first use.

Cancelling the replacement blades…

Cancelling the replacement blades subscription is impossible. The Trustpilot options are misleading and ultimately useless, as they redirect you to customer support, where no one ever responds.

Responsive, but disappointing

Response from the team was quick and helpful. The referral to the refund link was disappointing. I canceled my payment and product upon confirmation. I could not finish the refund process w/o taking a picture of the delivered product. This unnecessarily prolongs the process and a return of my payment. This part was not shared in the support team's response.

Your company are scum
I sent you a email because of your fuxx ups in shipping and asked you to credit and re-bill my credit card. but instead of doing the right thing you ignored my email and sent another order after I just got the order 4 days before you shipped another. You are scum bags and I will post everyday what you do to your customers. If you don’t cancel my account after I requested it in a email this morning I will take your company to court and find others that had the same issue. All it would have taken is you reply to a problem but now you have made this a big problem.

Never signed as a member

Never signed as a member, yet they started sending replacement blades without my request. Requested a cancellation of membership and logged on into website after they reply to my email and can not find the link to the cancellation as there email stated. Would never recommend grooming.com to anybody.
