As with others, my daughter ordered a dress. It took 20 days to arrive and is the wrong dress! No customer service or anything. Do not buy from this site. They are fraudulent.

I purchased a white dress for graduation, it took 20 days to arrive and it was completely different from what I ordered.
They don’t respond so there is no customer service. We attempted several times and will now contest the order with our credit card company and notify the better business bureau.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered dress, they sent me a completely different used target brand dress. doesn’t even look like the one I ordered online. Scam site, don’t buy from them.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this but it’s a major SCAM. Please don’t buy here!!!!! I bought a white dress for graduation and a tan dress ended up coming. It took awhile and I did not end up getting the dress I ordered…

The website looks legit, but everything else about this company is fraudulent. Ordered a dress, didn't get the dress that was ordered. There is no way to return and get refunded. None of their emails work (several that are different), links in website don't work, send email via their help page--goes nowhere, and they have no phone number. This place should be shut down!!!

After waiting over two weeks after my order the item delivered was not what I ordered, and had a hole in it. No way to contact them. no phone numbers to call and the customer service email address is not valid. All other email addresses I could find and sent messages were not responded to. No way to even return the item I received.

SCAM! I ordered 3 items, absolutely none are what we ordered. It’s like they were blindfolded and threw 3 things in the shipment. Wrong size, color and nothing similar to our purchase. Also no tags on anything, one is a Target dress. Totally a waste of money! Don’t order from them.. I wish I had googled before I ordered. Lesson learned!

Do not order from them. It’s a scam. My daughter order a dress for her graduation party and the dress that came in was totally different than what she ordered.

Terrible. Do not order from here. Tried to return to the email provided to process returns, the email doesn't work. I guess I was a sucker. Return policy says "You have 15 days to initiate a return from the day you received your purchase. If you get your order more than 15 days after placing it, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange." Umm--if you get the item very late like I did then you can't exchange it. Color totally different from the pink sweater on website (ended up being burnt orange and not blush pink). Don't buy from here. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Waste of money. Still haven't received the dress purchased for an occasion. When I tracked, it ships from China. Don't buy from here.

Scam!! Was sent a totally different dress then ordered and emails from their customer service get sent back.

This company is a SCAM. Do not waste your money. I also ordered 2 dresses for my daughter and received completely different dresses. Do not buy from this store.

Ordered 7 dresses. Thought they were all so cute and needed stuff for summer, they come and they are all completely different than what I ordered, tired to get in touch and no one is responding to me. Wasted so much money, oh and did I mention that they took 37 days to come?

I ordered 2 dresses, 24 days later they showed up and are the complete wrong dresses and sizes. Costumer service is completely unavailable and will not respond.

My daughter ordered 3 dresses and paid for expedited shipping. 21 days later her dresses arrived and none of them are the dresses that she ordered! When attempting to email them about the issue using the email address provided for returns/exchanges the email was undeliverable. Guess that was money down the tube. Do not order from this website.

This is the WORST web sight and scam!!! They sent the wrong dresses and the wrong sizes. DO NOT buy from them. You can’t even ask for a refund because their email is not valid. They do not respond. NEVER buy from them!!!!
