Recently, I had to make changes to my Groundfloor account. I emailed my requests and promptly received a phone call. They gathered the necessary information and handled the issue quickly. Working with Groundfloor is easy and profitable.

Groundfloor offers an innovative way to invest in real estate loans. I have been investing through their platform for nearly two years. I have invested in both notes and LROs. While I have not lost money on any investment, I find that over time the quality of the investments seems to be declining. Currently, over 90 percent of my investments are in the 'extended' or 'default' categories. Some of them have been extended for many months. Groundfloor seems to be slow in resolving some of these outstanding situations. With rising interest rates I am concerned that some may go into default and lose money.

Ive been using GroundFloor for more than two years and it has become a great vehicle to drive my household to further wealth!

I am a new Groundfloor investor, and so far I have had a good experience. some suggestions for the portal are:

* To have the ability to export the available loans
* To show the time remining or maturity date in the loan page
* To be able to filter by borrower (in the wizard) but this can be achieved if the export is available
*to be able to export/see historic data (paid or otherwise loans)

Groundfloor answers the common investor delima. How to invest in Real Estate and get the banks out of our profits. Example: I invested $1,500 on 7/26/22. Got paid of 9/6/22 $1,520.31 (13% interest rate)
Compare that to your savings account rate. Its all backed by 1st position liens on Real Estate.

I've been investing for over a year now and nothing but positive results. No bad investments to date and enjoy the nice returns on my various investments.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to tour the country and invest in the livelihood of folks I will never meet. Those buying homes to renovate are hiring plumbers, roofers, cabinet hangers, tile layers, landscape workers, electricians, painters and cleaners. That could be 5-10 other people benefiting from my investment. Having helped with most of these tasks, I know what it takes and I am proud to help put money in the pocket and food on the table for honest working people I will never otherwise impact. It makes me feel good.

Easy to navigate site. Clean online dashboard. Plenty of investment options with a low minimum of just $10.

Have been investing through ground floor for the last few years and its one of the most seamless experience.

I am an earlier adopter. I am not a financial advisor. I am an investor. As an early early adopter and investor, I lean into risk. Sometimes the risk pays off and other times, not so much. With Ground Floor, I can say my gut and due diligence has literally paid. Very glad to be invested with Ground Floor.

Well I've had my issues with the company here and there, all of which we have worked to resolve over time.

I've been with them for years now and I'm proud to say that I finally joined ownership within the company even though I could afford was two shares.

Well every investment has a wrist that goes with it, it's hard to come by a debt focus instrument with a first lien position that only requires you to invest $10.

I have seen several losses even at 50% it was like five bucks depending on how much I invested and I easily made that more up from the other investments.

Because of this company I was able to start beginning to grow wealth just and I hope one day they allow me to finally have payments withdrawn automatically at 50% back to me and 50% reinvested because that would be awesome.
I'm annoyed by all the calculator usage I have to do and fortunately now I'm extremely good at it (tons of change from interest).

I'm very pro groundfloor and highly recommend, However, if it is not for you Then that is okay.
I recommend though that you should definitely find something that is because there are so many different type of opportunities for the debt instruments or alternative and to not invest "Only to me is a waste."

Groundfloor is a growing local company that is quickly spreading it's wings around the country providing unique investment opportunities in real estate for individuals for as little as $10/investment. This helps to create other small businesses (renovations, subcontractors, rental investments and revitalizing communities. I truly like the business model and I love the direct communication we receive from the company. You can tell they truly care about their investors and their customers. Personally, I am averaging 10+% over the last couple of years. It is a great alternative and diversification for my personal portfolio.

Groundfloor continues to exceed expectations. I look for alternative investments regularly and I am excited I found Groundfloor’s LROs. I feel my money is safe with this company and am happy about the high returns.

As far as customer service is concerned, anytime I have had questions or concerns, Groundfloor staff have been very responsive. I would give the staff 5 stars for the quality of their customer service with investors. The reason why I did not give 5 stars overall is because unfortunately the majority of the loans I have invested in have essentially been in default which means for me the investor that several of these loans have gone beyond the normal period that would make these short-term investments. I do understand and appreciate that each of these loans is backed with collateral (the property), but I would like to going forward see more careful vetting of lenders or at least more firm boundaries set with the lenders. Several of the lenders have been given multiple chances by Groundfloor to respond and come up with a game plan for repayment but appear to really be dragging their feet in actually paying off their debts. I am not suggesting turning this into a standard bank loan program but do think there is a need to set some more firm, clear boundaries with lenders.
