Good selection of deals. But they need better follow up on delinquent loans. Sometimes there is no updates for months and we investors are left in the dark.

Great Customer Support

Every time I have contacted Groundfloor I have been impressed with both the response, and the response time to my concerns. I have been very happy with my association with them. Of course the financial side of it is second to none.

I would like to see more/timely actions against borrowers who have consistently missed not only original note due dates but fail to meet very generous extended dates. Also, tired of seeing the delay tactic of "refinance in progress" for months on end.

Ground floor is extremely easy to maneuver as well as providing information readily available on the activity of the account,the properties, cash on hand as well as stock.

The site is simple and easy to use. The property information pages are informative and useful. The transactions are quick and easy.
