They were very quick at getting quotes over to me and amending the quotes where needed. Answered all the questions I had with lots of knowledge! Very friendly staff and willing to help where they can!

A great, stress free experience
My experience was great. In particular Ellie and Simon from the Bath office were especially helpful and made my experience of booking my cousins hen do for 17 people stress free. So thank you so much guys, you were amazing !!

Emily was fab!!
After trying to obtain a quite a few times with no luck I was finally allocated Emily who was fantastic. She found out everything I asked her too and more., was very quick with her responses and seemed very knowledgeable.

Groupia made organising a hen party so easy!!
I honestly couldn’t recommend Groupia enough! The app was so easy to use, everyone made their own payments and I could see an overview of everything. Amazing value for money too!
Stephanie was amazing, any question I had she got back to me very very quickly and was so helpful!
We booked the Glamping in Bournemouth, it was amazing! None of us wanted to leave!
Would definitely recommend the add on of butler in the buff (especially if you get Callum!) and the silent disco!! Everyone’s favourite events over the weekend!

Fictitious quote to entice booking
I was given a personalised quote for a golf trip to Portugal and paid the required deposit to secure the booking. However, 10 days later, I was informed that the "personalised" trip was not possible due to a) the hotel having no availability and b) the golf courses not having tee times.
We had already booked time off work, flights and cars for this week so could not change dates.
Our overall experience is that the quotes are fictitious and only to entice you to book, but are not real. Avoid this company.

As stated in your quote, and as per our Terms & Conditions, all programmes are subject to availability, and you will receive a Booking Confirmation email once your booking has been confirmed post-deposit.
Unfortunately, the hotel you were interested in didn’t have availability for your preferred dates, so we offered you suitable alternatives, which you declined. We can see that you requested your deposit back on the 30th of July 2024 and have confirmed that your deposit was refunded the same day.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to your golf trip.
If you ever decide to give us a second chance, don’t hesitate to contact us as we would be happy to assist you.

Simon really helped with the process of booking a Hen do for over 15 people which I initially thought would be a stressful task! He was able to answer lots of questions and help decide activities. I found his advice invaluable and would definitely book through him again!
