Grouptogether is PERFECT for collecting funds and well wishes for a work gift!

Firstly, what a great way for a group to organise a card/gift, especially if there is distance involved. I have reached out to the support team (when I lost my link) and they were so incredibly helpful!

GroupTogether was a great platform to provide a Happy Retirement Card to one of our employees. It allowed multiple people to sign their well wishes to our retiree.

The process was extremely easy and intuitive from start to finish. The platform was very user‑friendly, making each step clear and straightforward. The final stage—sending the gift card to the recipient—was particularly seamless and efficient, which made the overall experience even more positive. I would highly recommend this process for its simplicity and ease of use.

A couple of people in my team had difficulty making a contribution using the link and requested to pay the money to me instead. More than one person had the payment taken from their account more than once as they did not think it had gone through.

It wasn't clear to me when I set up the collection that there would be a fee for withdrawing funds, as well as a fee for making a payment. This was more costly to me as the organiser. Admittedly I should have paid closer attention when setting this up.

GroupTogether made it really easy for me to organise a card and gift for a departing staff member. The layout is intuitive and the instructions clear and easy to follow. There were enough options to enable us to choose an appropriate gift, while also leaving easier options available where appropriate.

Such a great gift from a group of friends or work colleagues, easy, quick & fun to do!
Does take a little bit of playing around with to be able to see the card in the edit stage (maybe just me!) But love the email notification to advise when all parties have completed the card.

Some complaints regarding the fees to use cards for payments. Otherwise, the ease and to set up and get signatures and organise a eGift card was so easy.

The support team has no idea how their own system works. Sent 4 emails and each time only received a one-line reply with no real information—just repeating the same answer back to your question over and over. Not helpful at all!

The platform was easy to use.
From the creation of the E card, to the collection of the money & the receipt of the money collections, all went very smoothly. I do recommend it to anyone I know.

Creating a card was straightforward, all our colleagues found dropping in messages, images and GIFs easy, collaboration was fun. It was a good way to collect money for a gift and the money was paid into the bank account very quickly following the closure and withdrawal. The whole process is efficient.
