When someone sends an email with a question then it should be replied back to. Twice I have requested information and I have gotten no reply back. It is a bit ridiculous

If I knew 3 months ago what I know now I would have never used GRT financial. I truly wish I could rewind time. This service has left my credit score in ruins, all of accounts have been closed. It is the worst decion of my life!

Please for goodness sakes do NOT use this service! Here is what they do. They let your credit go to crap so most of your cards will charge off then they go back and make a settlement like they are saving you money but they are not. They interest makes the amount a lot more all they do is make it look like your getting a deal and let’s not forget the fee you pay them so you really only save a couple of thousand which by the way you will have to get an attorney with because they do NOT take care of that for you when your taken to court like they told me they would. Do yourself a favor if you’re going to go this route do it yourself. Once your cards start to charge off make your own settlement don’t pay these people it’s a SCAM!!!

They have done everyrhing they said they would do, and they also have deferred payments for me while I was in job transition. They really care, you are not just a # to them.
