I wanted 1 multi skilled man to work 40 hours a week on my website. They gave me a team to work a combined 40 hours.
The work was poor quality, at best, 4 months in not a single task from the first month is completed.
Then they refuse to refund me for hours not worked, and ignore my contacts.

Extremely Disappointed with GtechwebIndia – A Warning to Others
Our experience with GtechwebIndia was nothing short of a disaster. We worked with them for a year, and instead of improving our SEO, our rankings continuously declined. Month after month, they assured us that things would get better "soon," but after an entire year, there was no improvement—only worsening results.
When we finally decided to stop working with them, we hired another SEO company for an audit. To our shock, they found that 90% of the backlinks created by GtechwebIndia were from spammy and low-reputation sites, many linked to scam pages. The technical SEO was completely mismanaged, making it unsurprising that our rankings kept dropping.
However, the biggest shock came three months after terminating their services. Our online store was compromised—customers could no longer see any products, and the site was redirecting to suspicious external pages. We had to invest significant time and money to recover our website. The day we finally fixed everything, we received a message from GtechwebIndia asking how things were going—an oddly timed coincidence.
The specialists who cleaned our website concluded with 95% certainty that the malicious code had been intentionally placed by GtechwebIndia, creating a backdoor to access our site whenever they wanted.
🚨 DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! 🚨
They take your money, destroy your SEO, and when you stop working with them, they sabotage your business. Stay far away from GtechwebIndia if you value your website and online reputation.

Throughout our engagement, we consistently followed the agreed-upon SEO strategy and provided detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, all of which showed steady growth in traffic and keyword visibility. These reports were shared via email and discussed regularly.
It’s also important to note that your website went through a major platform migration—from WordPress to PrestaShop—during our working period. As we discussed multiple times, many outdated and conflicting files were not removed during the transition, which created technical complications that were beyond our control. We advised on this several times via email and calls.
In the final months of our service, invoices were left unpaid despite multiple reminders. We continued to provide support in good faith, trusting that payment would follow, as you had assured us it would be handled “in a few weeks.”
Regarding the security breach mentioned: GtechwebIndia has never engaged in or supported any form of malicious activity. We maintain the highest ethical standards, and we’re confident in our team’s integrity. If there was a breach on your website, we strongly suggest checking the access logs and conducting a server-side security audit to determine the true source.
