Done a good job with mastic finish to work tops & shower trays

Luke was friendly and professional and the finish on the mastic job he completed is great. Would highly recommend.

Returning customer, knew what to expect, operative left me at ease from first contact. He came in, he reviewed the various jobs that were required, set about those jobs with the minimum of fuss and did it well. What’s not to like?

My enquiry was answered very quickly with a quote which I accepted. The job was done on the same day, very efficiently and with a high standard.

GT engineer, George, arrived early. He was well prepared and sealed our shower well.

Great service. Fantastic quality job. Shower looks like new.

Our sealing in the bathrooms and kitchen had shrunk and were aged, so we used this firm for the first time to remove the seals and re apply sealant.
Three months later we had a problem in two corners on a shower cubicle with black mold.
Previously we have not had any mold issues in this property in 18 years
A response from this firm was there is no warranty and to go away.
This was a new venture using this firm as our previous mastic person had retired, so a lesson learned for us and one to be aware of if you get an issue.

We did not respond to gt sealants as we do not deal with that poor level of customer service and unethical behaviour.

The room in question has never had an issue previously and is well ventilated.
The sealant had not been applied in the corners properly and has since been cut out and completed to a professional standard.

All evidenced with emails and photos.

Good workmanship accomodating keep you informed of timings on the whole professional service

Occasionally you find a company in some specialist area that is thoroughly worth the additional expense of having them on board. GT Sealants fit that description. They were easy to communicate with, and sent along a well presented young man (Harry) who arrived promptly and did an excellent job. The quality of the finishing has made a discernible difference and I’m extremely happy with both the process and outcome.
