At Autoglass Guildford, after my Tesla's windscreen replacement, I made a superficial check of the new windscreen and interior before I signed for the work done. But when I drove off I found that the driver's side sun visor clasp had been broken. I returned to report this to the person who had done the work. He immediately denied it and was thoroughly unpleasant. He told me to report it to customer services but refused to give me his name. I am the only driver of the car. I always keep the visor down (and it was up) so I have no doubt at all that he did the damage. My insurers only deal with Autoglass, so I had no option. Beware!

Paid £400 for a service - evident the service has not been carried out properly as 2 issues I raised when putting the car in - neither have been addressed, the service book has not been completed or stamped. Tried to call the garage and promised an immediate call back but still heard nothing. Poor vehicle service, poor customer service and poor value for money.

Having checked your insurance etc
they provide the details with refernece number, collection time and estimated time of return.
It was a plesure dealing with someone who knows his or her job.

We were assured a 50% discount applied if we arrived before 5pm. We arrived at 445pm as required but when we asked for the bill NO discount was applied. After protesting with the arrogant manager she ignored our request. Never again shall we eat at Zizzi Guildford

Took my VW Tiguan in for its MOT today (19/4/24) arrived well before my appointment however Becky went out of were way to move my appointment foreword which was very much appreciated. The technician doing the MOT was first class and pointed out an issue regarding my front tyre but sorted out the issue at no charge. Craig the manager was first class in sorting out my appointment. Will definitely be using Protyres again. While waiting was offered hot drink which is a nice touch.. Excellent service thank you

Well presented building and public areas. Excellent professional welcome by receptionist Zuza. Room request had been correctly followed by Dominic,thank you. This hotel really should have 4 stars for the way it's professional staff make each guest feel special. Most importantly the hotel is a quiet building, bedroom door closing and floors not unduly disturbing guests.
Park and Ride next door is only a couple of minutes walk, to swiftly be delivered to Guildford Rail or Bus Station.

After using a BMW X5 leased a new RX450l , lots of issues the sat nav is utterly useless and the mapping does not represent the roads.. the voice recognition does not work and although I am 6’3 tall the boot does not open high enough to allow easy access .. The dealership ‘an inchcape franchise not Lexus’ were useless and un-interested in resolving any issues passing everything to central Lexus customer service who then passed back to dealership ..again and again .. dealership were only interested in selling .. lexus have no oversight of poor franchise dealerships v v poor customer service from both dealership & lexus .. stay well clear of lexus and especially this dealership utterly useless customer service .. go to BMW for better hybrid products and customer service .
