⚠️ WARNING – Job Scam Targeting Doctors (Radiologist)

I was contacted by an individual claiming to represent "GulfTalent Staffing" offering consultant radiologist positions in well-known hospitals in Dubai.

At first, the communication seemed professional and included names of legitimate institutions such as Mediclinic and King’s College Hospital Dubai. However, the job descriptions were very generic, with no specific department details, no hiring manager, and no clear vacancy reference.

The major red flag came when I was asked to pay $350 upfront as a “premium service” fee to proceed with job applications and negotiations.

This is NOT how legitimate medical recruitment works in the UAE. Hospitals and licensed recruitment agencies do NOT charge candidates any fees. They are paid by the employer.

Additionally:

The website domain is not the official GulfTalent platform
The recruiter used a non-corporate structure and vague communication
No discussion of licensing (DHA/DOH), which is mandatory in UAE hiring

This is a classic scam pattern: using real hospital names to gain trust, then requesting payment.

I strongly advise all healthcare professionals:
DO NOT pay any upfront fees
DO NOT share sensitive documents
VERIFY all recruiters independently

This is very likely a fraudulent operation targeting international doctors.

Thanks to Bathool.com for helping me find a job. After I registered with Bathool.com, many job opportunities opened up before me. I told some of my friends about this and those who registered attended the interview within a few days. Many of them are working in good posts today. Bathool.com site has become a new direction in my life and that of my friends.

I tried upgrading my GulfTalent account, and they ended up charging me twice for the same service. Even worse, my account never actually got upgraded. When I reached out, customer support responses were slow and unhelpful. This is incredibly frustrating and makes me question their reliability. If GulfTalent can’t handle basic payment processes or timely account upgrades, I wouldn’t recommend using their services for any serious job search.

The worst online platform ever exsist, the layout and surface is awful and not friendly use and very confusing, its a challenge to browse it

My subscription has been renewed without my consent or even a notification other than a bill which is sent to you a week later, and there is no way to get in touch with them to claim a complaint or get in touch with customer service/support. They have a "contact us" but that just gives errors and "try next again later" prompt every time I try.

The platform for employers is good.
but the customer service experience was not.
delay in the replay, Saturday and Sunday off. even you can't make payment on holidays.

I have been trying to get this site to accept my CV for quite some time. In the end, out of frustration I have had to fabricate entries simply to try to get the site to function because if you can't get your CV strength to the required level you can't use the site. No matter how I fabricate entries to my CV, nothing makes any difference to my weak CV score. I have written to them explaining that if my CV is poor (I have no problem with this since I am poor and poor people have poor opportunities and, hence, poor CVs) then let the employers reject me, I can't even get to use the site in order to submit applications. Anyway, I suggest people stay away from this site given the negative feedback here.

This site is not protected and all private information is available and this causes me inconvenience because I receive a lot of calls and advertisements

Been on this website as a candidate for more than 15 years, keeping my cv up to date, never got a single job or genuine recruiter email. It mostly just wants to charge and make money through subscriptions.

I have got new opportunities and responses from recruiters from other portals. I have moved jobs now a few times in UAE. This portal has never been of any use.

Short answer- GulfTalent is total scam.

I paid premium a month subscription. Please call the Client/Hotel/employer about the job advertisement if that job is really exists or not. I have contacted quite a few employers and they said they are completely unaware. Please do not waste your time on GulfTalent.

Totally useless site, I have registered around more than 12 years, and continuously appying the jobs over here. No single response as I am totally unfit for any job.
Dont trust this site. May be all fake jobs they posting.

This site allowed scammers to acess my information. They sent me an email stating they got my details on Gulf Talent, could I send them an updated CV? Which tells me Gulf Talent is not looking after their clients or their personal details and leaving them open to scammers.
Shame on you Gulf Talent, I am now left with the worry if due to your lack of security protocols I am or will become a victim of Identity Theft.

Misleading and fake just stay away from them. they don’t only steal your money they even leak your data to fake agencies. They might seem genuine to you because what they do is that they announce jobs that has been already posted by professional job search sites. Well I agree there’s many professional one, but this is what they basically do.

This company has scamsters on its site. I was nearly scammed by emirates lube oil company and their sidekick al yousef travel agency who wanted $2520 for a work permit.
Please be on guard when seeking employment here.

Tries to charge money for your job searching, which is illegal in most gulf states.
