Wow. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Just got off the phone with them and immediately felt the need to leave a review. Sufyaan is extremely combative and argumentative. You can spend a whole 3 minutes explaining in detail for him to not listen to a word you say. He ended up arguing with me instead of actually addressing my concern. Avoid these guys at all costs.

All the team, (Sufyan, Ahmed and Ali) are very supportive, provide clear step by step guidance and really go the extra mile when needed.
thank you so much and for sure will use them again.

I have used Gulfvisa twice now, once for my own visa to KSA and again for my wifes visa to KSA 4 months later. Both times the services has been excellent by the team. clear communication, they process and handle things very quickly and has great knowledge on the process.

Superb service. Excellent communication and can be trusted to deliver.

Excellent service. Fast efficient, clear. I would not attempt to apply for a visa without their support.

The gentleman in the London office , were so helpful , as nobody would help me with my visa problem. Super helpful and fast service . I highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again.

Professional service and friendly, professional staff.
Everything was completed in good time, and appointments were booked and arranged quickly and efficiently. Medical check was a very simple process and the medical professional associated with Gulf Visa was also excellent.

excellent service. Highly recommended.

Fast, efficient, hassle-free. Would not want to attempt the visa process without Gulf Visa.

Excellent service, quick professional and door to door delivery - genuinely one of the best services received with great customer service for any queries you may have.

Service with a smile

Have used Gulf Visa a number of times and yet again their service has been fantastic! Due to a mistake on my part I overpaid - the refund from them came back promptly without any need to chase at all! Everything went smoothly at the visa office in London, Ali who was meeting me was there before time and guided me through the process. Brilliant service!

Had a wonderful experience with them processing my families Saudi family residency visas. They know their stuff! Price which may initially seem high is only reasonable in my opinion given how others are charging. Super quick turnaround. Would highly recommend.

I am a senior UK manager, travelling frequently in the Middle East. I have been using GulfVisa for years and always found them to be helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile to get things done conveniently and quickly. I recommend them to anyone wanting to get visas sorted out without any hassle.

Disgusting service. Honestly avoid if you can. I called to query the visa and Soufyan says he can make his slave eventhough I was the one who paid for the visa service. Seriously avoid if you can. Not worth it. I'll be reporting this company.

Very rude people. Never keep you updated. You always have to chase them. Dont respond to emails and will never provide any update.

A very prompt and efficient service. Will highly recommend.

The service provided by Gulfvisa was excellent. I was on a short timeframe, and the process was completed within 48 hours using a courier service. The website also has all of the information required regarding the process of applying for, attesting, and notarizing and which documents are needed for Gulf visas. I also called the company to ask for clarifications and was treated with professionalism and respect. I will be recommending their service to future UK employees and the HR department once I join the workplace in Kuwait.

The Team at Gulf Visa provided me with 110% customer service satisfaction. They handled my permanent family visa request, degree attestation and ACRO process with ease. I would definately use them again!

Excellent service - thank you for your assistance with our urgent visa!
