First time experience
This being my first purchase, there was some good and some not so good points that I have had.
Shipping: For how far it had to come, it did feel like i received it faster than expected.
Product: The overall product far exceeded what i was expecting, very well made, price point was more fair than many other companies. Only problem I had was some missing pieces, and some pieces came noticeably scratched up.
Build: The instructions were very clear and easy to understand and follow. The only main issue i saw was that there are different shades of metallic pieces that were not always easy to know which one to use.
Overall, I was very impressed and fully enjoyed my purchase. I will definitely be getting more of the titan force line.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for taking the time to write all this — it's genuinely useful, and great to hear the first build landed well.
Two things we want to fix: the missing pieces and the scratched ones. We have your order details, so we'll contact you directly to ship replacements — no need to chase us. And the point about the metallic shades being hard to tell apart is going to our production team, that's good feedback.
One small thing: your words and the 1-star rating don't quite seem to match — if that wasn't intentional, it can be edited anytime. Either way, thanks for the honest review.
See you on the next Titan Force build. ⚙️

Hi Berardino,
Two months with nothing in your hands — we understand the anger, and we're not going to argue with how this looks from your side.
But we're not keeping your money. We have your order details and we're contacting you directly today: full refund or immediate reshipment, whichever you prefer.

Decent quality bricks but too many missing parts and poor instructions
Overall the set is very good quality, o ly surpassed by Lego itself. However. Ive had over 20 pieces missing and have lost interest in finishing the car. Also the instructions have some very awkward steps, almost like someone forgot to do the step earlier. Some photos require more detail as to where pins or axles slot in.

Hi James,
Sorry — 20+ missing pieces is not normal, and we get why you lost the motivation to finish.
We have your order details and we'll contact you today to ship every missing piece. The notes on the instructions (steps out of order, photos that don't show where pins and axles go) are going to our production team — that's exactly the detail they need.
We hope the car ends up finished on your shelf after all.

Nöjd så långt
Enkelt att beställa och fick produkten som utlovats. Har ej startat bygget ännu men det ser ut att vara kvalitet.

Hi Dale,
Missing pieces shouldn't happen — and since we have your order reference, we're not going to make you chase us: we're contacting you directly today to get the replacement parts shipped out.
On the plastic feeling thin — that's not how a GULY build should feel in your hands. Your feedback goes straight to our production team so we can check that run properly.
Thanks for flagging both. We'll make it right.

Hi,
That's how it should be, every order, every time. Thanks for taking the minute to say it.

I’ve put together a lot of models and…
I’ve put together a lot of models and by far this one was the best. I especially liked being able to install the motors as I was building it, it makes it better so you don’t have to take some apart to do that after the build is done. The instructions were very good. I did have to figure out your system but once I did it went well. I would like to build more but at a lower price, it gets expensive.

Hi,
A review like this from someone who's built a lot of models — that's the one we read twice. Thank you.
The motors going in during the build instead of after is exactly how we think it should work, so it means a lot that it stood out to you. And fair point on the learning curve — the first GULY has its own logic, and we're working on making that first hour smoother.
On price: heard, honestly. We'd rather earn it with what's in the box than cut what makes the build worth it. But your point is noted.
Whenever you're ready for the next one, we'll be here. ⚙️

Hi,
You're right to be annoyed — a package going to the wrong address is a delivery failure, and even when the courier makes the mistake, we chose the courier. So it's ours to fix.
Write to us at hello@gulytoys.com with your order number and we'll sort it out directly: we'll chase the package with the carrier and redirect it to you, or ship a replacement — whichever gets it into your hands faster.
Sorry for the hassle. Your build should be on your desk by now, not stuck in transit.

I have bought two of your model cars
I have bought two of your model cars, namely; Kervtte, and Bugatti. I have just finished assembling the Kervtte and I think you want to have some comments from your customers.
The price maybe was fairly acceptable for the amount of pieces and work on design.
The manual is only about 90% from perfect since some of the pages do not show very clearly the pieces that need to be assembled due to the perspective view of the model part. The light blue color indicating the already completed elements was a good idea however due to lack of color of some elements, it may be confusing at times.
The color of the pieces is good in general, different type of links can be identified properly that way.
The most negative part of the car in general, was the weak and fragile adjustment between links which render the finishing unpleasant, and detracting from the assembly work which is fairly good.
The complete number of elements speaks of some quality oversight on your part, which should be also dedicated to the better and more precise cohesion of the elements which will make a better finished product.
The suspension of the car does not seem to be well designed since it does not work as it should.
Some parts of the body like the doors do not keep their place due to lack of precision.
The engine does not need to be completed with parts which are not essential to their purpose. The “looks” seem to be exaggerated.
In general the time required to assemble the car is fair with the price since the assembly is the only best part of dedicating the time to do it. I do not feel like recommending the product without some advice to expect a better finish in general.
Not withstanding any of the above detracting factors, I congratulate the efforts to offer these product at a fair price.

Hi Jose,
Thank you for this. It's the most detailed feedback we've received, and you clearly put real time into it — the build and the review. That deserves a proper answer, not a template.
You're right about the manual: some perspective views don't show the connections clearly enough, and the light-blue marking for completed sections loses its purpose where the contrast is missing. Both are going to our production team as specific items.
The connection tightness is the one we take most seriously. A finished model should feel solid — doors that stay in place, suspension that works as designed. When the fit doesn't hold, it undermines the hours you put in, and we understand why that decided your rating.
We'd like to hear the rest directly: write to us at hello@gulytoys.com with your order number. We want the details of your unit for our batch review — and your second build deserves to end better than this one.
— The GULY® team
The packaging is terrible
The packaging is terrible I started building using the instructions opened bag 1, the very first task is to join 2 pieces no joining pegs in bag one I eventually found them in bag 15!, next task need different pegs they are in bag 14, still assembling parts from bag 1 there are more pegs in bag 12. When fitting the steering wheel there is a badge sticker instruction say no.2 it is actually no. 32, just very poor quality control

Resposta da GulyToys
Hi,
Thank you for the detail — honestly, this is the kind of feedback we need, even when it's hard to read.
You're right on both counts. Hunting for pegs across fifteen bags on step one is frustrating, and a sticker labelled 2 that's actually 32 shouldn't have made it past quality control. We're sending both issues to our production team — the bag sequencing and the manual — so they get fixed for the next run.
If you write to us at hello@gulytoys.com with your order number, we'd like to know which model this was so we can check that batch, and make it up to you.
And thank you for pushing through the build anyway.

Hi,
You're right, and we're sorry. Your order never arrived and we didn't catch it on our end — there's no excuse for that.
We'd like to fix it now: write to us at hello@gulytoys.com with your order number, and within 24 hours you'll have your tracking or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We understand if it's too late to win you back. Either way, we owe you a solution — and we're reviewing every open order so this doesn't happen to anyone else without us noticing.
Our apologies again.
