I ordered a pair of thier shades for 37.00.. after about 3 weeks no contact, i wrote them on thier FB page. Imediatket given a tracking number and apology. After 2 more weeks and no movmenr on tracking i wrote them again. I was ignored after 3 more aftemprs all ignored i gave up and notified my bank. Finally got email with new traking. I had already filed a dispute and no longer wanted. I still to date never got my glasses and the showed a completley diffrent tracking than already supplied. They claim delived but i didnt get. My bank sided with them and im out 37.00 and thats it. Dont order from these crooks

Don't waste your time or your money here. These guys are the absolute worst. false advertising and selling fake Chinese-made counterfeit garbage. I bought a GGD 1x32 ACOG Red Dot Sight they said item Made in USA but sent me a Chinese fake. I paid by paypal to OneCommerce Services UK Ltd. I came back to the website but it was shut down and could not find the item which was advertised.

Placed an order #3833 for an AR Carry Handle then immediately cancelled after reading company reviews. My requests for cancellation were ignored three separate times (two contact forms and one email). They shipped the item, so I contacted again asking 1)why they shipped and 2) how to send back. No response. Item delivered in horrendous condition, defective and missing parts. Also, the item came from Monstrumtactical.com??? No communication, no responses to 6 different emails and contact forms. Avoid at all costs.

Employees who are so nice I'm content simply because it's the best website. I am fortunate that I came across this webpage.

Very low-cost, high-quality, and quick service. They promptly ordered a new one for me because my account data isn't working. There's no ruse here!

Ordered few and arrived on time. Packaging and handling is just as professional as it could be .Happy customer.

I ordered a few items one of which was a carry handle in green. I ordered the green one because the web site said they were out of black. I was then contacted and asked if black would be OK because they were out of green.

I got the carry handle and then had to wait over a week to get my other items only to discover that they shorted me on the number of mag carriers I ordered.

Sent them another email and am waiting for a response.

First and last time I will order anything from them

and was exactly as listed. Very Nice Item!!

Received .308R 300W 30.06 & 5.56/.223
They refunded the .308R because it doesn’t fit.

The skin did not fit my magazine as noted. I had to cut it and adjust it. If you think you're going to install these super fast easy and without adjustment do nit purchase this item, it definitely takes a lot more work than was advertised

Waited and waited with no communication and finally order was cancelled. I understand in this environment we are in, that orders are slow and sometimes things happen and an order can't be filled...what I don't understand is the lack of communication about an order. They charged my account and they did credit it when order was cancelled. Maybe should consider not charging an account till the order is filled??

These guys are the absolute worst. I'm not even sure if this is remotely a real company. I wouldn't order a happy meal from these people. You will get an email confirmation saying they received your order, and that will be the last you hear from them. Don't waste your time or your money here.

Made in China where the wuhan virus came from. Thought it was made in usa.

I attempted to buy a muzzle break. And added Ten dollars for Veterans.
A week later I received an email from PayPal about a refund. Then I get email from GunGear that I am NOT getting muzzle break but, I am getting refund for $64. Cost of break, not Vet. $$$ GOOD Deal.
EXCEPT. I get ANOTHER email from GunGear saying I am getting the $10 VETERANS donation.
EXCEPT. I did NOT use PayPal AND I have NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK.
GunGear still OWES me $74 and I have already bought and received the same muzzle break for 1/3 less.
Please Put My Money Back.

Your no refund policy for any item that is not defective is not customer friendly. I e-mailed several times with no response. I am selling the gloves at pawn shop to get some of my money back. I will not order from you in the future due to your poor customer service.

Gun Gear Depot is a real contender for Worst Online Retailer Of All Time.
If I had not won my PayPal dispute with them for false advertising and selling fake Chinese made counterfeit garbage they would have won the top spot.
