Recintley visited main stihl dealer near me, because on my old stihl 084 the spur gear broke. Then told by stihl dealer near me that the part was very old and discontinued it could not be fixed, maybe try ebay! I called Rob who informed me that sthil do a upgrade kit " Yes get in" ordered,posted,delivered, fitted old boy lives again !!! Thanks to Rob and his team every time great service.

Have used company a couple of times, service has deteriorated since first order. Latest order 287056 only partially delivered …..3 months on. Have already chased twice, now given up.

Bought a Stihl battery pole saw Hsa86 handy tool,but the built quality is poor on the extension screw area,it is weak at the point and been repaired twice already this year the plastic sleeve inside isn’t strong enough and this where it fails.
