Eric, showed up on time and was very polite, we reviewed my needs and he measured my gutter need. He recommended a solution and he understood my needs. We had to spend more time than my appointment was scheduled for and he said that was not a problem.
We came to a solution and he helped with the discounts that were available. He got the price I was happy with and we moved forward with a scheduled installation. He was very flexible with my schedule.

On the front of my house the water comes behind the gutter in several places. This will cause problems soon with the wood being adversely affected. I would like someone to check this - maybe the gutter is not close enough to the roof.

The work was done very efficiently. Special attention was paid to my neighbors artificial turf. The installer was courteous and polite. I am very pleased.

Everything happened as planned. One day installation with no evidence anything had even happen. (Great Clean up)

Next day after install we had a heavy rain and found that water would pour off in the corners and come back up and soak fascia and continue down the structure. Company is trying to find a satisfactory solution but so far none. Had I known this up front I would have withheld payment until satisfied.

A 2 hour installation from one freelance contractor (which I wasn't expecting) defies logic that the previous helmet guards could be removed, new guards installed and still had time to ensure gutters were properly refurbished and caulked as promised. Plus, it looks like a white color was installed on the front of the house without being notified. I can't tell the back and no photos of the work were provided which seems like something that should be done since I doubt you expect a senior to climb a ladder and check. Since the work was done so quickly, he wasn't careful in placing the ladder and bent the branches of the Crepe Myrtle so it now hangs over the sidewalk. I was told Gutter Guards are not installed flat like Leaf Filter, but it looks flat on the one section I can see on the front of the house.

The production manager contacted me and provided photos but could not document that any refurbished work had been performed. Also ignored my request for # of brackets installed as well as how much sealant was used on 20+ year old gutters and why I never saw a caulking gun in the installer's tool belt.

Was easy to set up, price was reasonable and installation was very quick. Had a nice big rain today and the gutters seemed to flow very well. I guess time will tell in the pine needles. We’re surrounded by very tall pines.

From the sales person to the installer, who cleaned the gutters and pitched them properly, the whole experience was friction free.

Good product, good sales pitch, fast service, on time installation, installers(Stony) was great!

Salesman was knowledgeable. He even matched my shade of green. Installers got the job done in a few hours. I love my new gutters and gutter guards. The price was great too.

This is a situation that has lasted over two months. Here’s the highlights of the complaints that I have with Gutter Guards America.
1. Gutter Guards America forged my signature to agree to a contract.
During the meeting with the representative, I was given no contract or paper to sign. He walked me through the proposed work and named me an estimate for how much the work will cost. The first time that I saw the contract was when it was sent to me by e-mail after the work was completed. There was a portion of sort of electronic signature present that was heavily cropped despite how I hadn’t been given anything to sign during the proceedings.
2. Scheduling difficulties.
The employee did write down a date for when the work would take place. The writing said, “Install Wed March 3rd Afternoon”. It’s a little confusing, since the 3rd was a Sunday, but at least the time of day is clear. The employee also said that he would be present to supervise the work being done. On the day, two employees showed up at 8:30am and went directly to doing the work. I wasn’t notified via them ringing the doorbell to announce their presence or via phone call from the company. I attempted to ask them who they were and what they were doing, so I was ready to call the police. I did attempt to ask the people on my property as to who they were, but their English was extremely limited and there was a major communication barrier.
3. Communication challenges.
As I said, the two employees had significant difficulty with communicating with me. The main reason why I bring this up is the employee that I had initially spoken with had claimed that the employees coming to do the work would be English speakers and that he would be there to supervise them. They weren’t and he wasn’t. Which led to additional issues where the employees weren’t able to provide a summary of what work they did, where and how it was done, or answer any of my questions. Just as they arrived, they left without any questions or comments.
4. Quality of work.
I attempted to inspect what work may have been done and I’m not completely sure as to what in all had even been accomplished. A few days after the work was completed, there was a brief rain. During this time, I observed and documented how none of my complaints had been addressed. Several of the gutter drainage pipes were leaking in the same way they were prior to the work being done. And during a longer rainstorm, the water was overflowing the gutters so heavily that there was a waterfall pouring onto the ground instead of being funneled down the drainage pipes.
5. Follow-up and customer service.
Naturally, I attempted to reach out to Gutter Guards America with my issues. They appear to be completely disinterested in addressing the poor quality work or my other complaints. The only response I received from them was being sent a bill and being threatened with a lien when I refused to pay until the work had been completed to the promised quality.

Great product and looks good! The installation was mindful and cleaned up well after install. The installing crew did not route a down spout as ordered/listed on drawings and routed it through deck. The installing supervisor was not onsite during construction process but acknowledge mistake after inspection with me. Other than that, I'm looking forward to 1st rain fall to see how it flows

I had my project done on April 30, 2024. The sales representative is Robin Appleton. I was told that the GGA would clean out existing gutters and downspouts, seal end caps, corner seams, and downspout outlets, realign gutters, and install hangers for reinforcement, then install the valor, but none of that was done. The only thing GGA did was clean and install the valor. This company was not represented truthfully. I will not recommend them or use them again.

All four downspouts is set up in the wrong position and it looks real tacky it's not the professional job like the sales rep said I will get I need somebody to come out soon as possible and correct the problem it's shooting water against my house and driveway they just at the wrong spot.

Guys showed up and went right to work. Did a nice job and cleaned up when they left. I would use them again.

Great service and installation was flawless. Over all….GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The whole process from meeting with the salesperson to installation was just great! The salesperson treated us with respect and we even laughed along the way.
The installation went very smoothly and we have NO complaints! The only thing that I suggest is this: we had our time slot set 1:00 pm and the workers were here at 8:00 am. Please call the customer the day before if there is a time change in the installation. Other than that, we are a very pleased customer!!

Robin, the sales rep, was great. Very experienced and punctual. Tony, the installer, was very professional and knowledgeable with the system. Highly recommended.

the sales guy says when installing the gutter guards the installer will put bars to support the weight of the gutters which he did not do instead just screws all the the gutter screen around the gutters.

I submitted a request for information online on a Saturday and was surprised, but glad, to get a response on Sunday. The caller set up an appointment for the sales rep to visit within a few days. We reviewed the work to be performed, quality of their product and pricing that fit within my budget. A date was selected for the install. As promised the crew called prior to their arrival to verify they were on their way and estimated arrival time. The crew leader and I reviewed the plan as well as some tree branches that might need to be removed for safer access. They repaired any issues, mainly sealing seams, as they installed the product. As advertised they cleaned up any discarded pieces as well as blew off the gutter debris that landed on the deck, sidewalk and driveway.
