Their digital marketing team are boarding on a scam. When you order online and sign up for a discount they will send you and email with a code to use. This code will never turn up. Ironically they sent the email with "the code" again 24 hours later but there isn't a code. So i decided to write to customer services. No reply given.
When i phoned for my order the chap was helpful, knowledgeable. I asked about the code, but as you can imagine there was no way you are getting a discount. That is down to the marketing team not their problem. So after a while you will just get fed up with the website/ process and just walk away knowing you had been scammed.
Good tactics by the marketing team.

I had a great experience with my order for guttering quality product, dispatched very fast , great friendly delivery driver , can't fault the experience.

After ordering and paid i was emailed a few days later to say out of stock...was assured 4 days later would be in and sent..on that date was told out of stock would be another week...cancelled the order..shocking

I have placed an order with PBSL group and when I checked the delivery tracker it showed that there was a missing items on my order. I queried this with PBSL who stated that the tracking was wrong. When I received the delivery the driver informed me that it was damaged and upon inspection I could see that some items were indeed damaged. There was also missing items which I was told there wouldn’t be. I rejected the delivery and items were left with the courier. I called and asked for a refund to which I was informed that they won’t refund me until they have received the products from the courier even though half of the order is missing . I have since received several emails from the company refusing to give me my money back every time I have asked for a refund.
I now am left hundreds of pounds out of pocket until they decide to refund me

An absolute disregard for customer service and a breach of trading standards

I ordered some guttering for my garage that I'm converting.
Really good quality products from guttersupplies, at good prices.

There was a problem with my order, but Sam at the main office, and Zoran at the local office both sorted it all out for me with absolutely no fuss or worry.
Really nice people, and excellent service throughout.

Helpful and knowledgeable customer service, well priced and wide range of guttering, affordable and fast delivery (to rural Aberdeenshire within three days) and completely accurate delivery. Highly recommended and I would certainly use again.

Good company overall but boy the shipping is ridiculous 2 parts ordered came to £10.00 great but then £15.00 plus VAT to ship!!! I had ordered the wrong parts so had to post back and surprise surprise postage exactly the same items in same box so same weight £5.40 next day signed for!! rip off postage

Excellent people to deal with and brilliant customer services. My order was dealt with and dispatched quickly and professionally however, the couriers managed to somehow damage the goods. A quick phonemail to PBSL and a great conversation later had the order sent out again next day. Cannot speak any higher of this fantastic company who clearly want to look after their customers.

An excellent company. Very competitive prices, amazingly quick delivery and fantastic customer service. I had a query after delivery and it was answered in less than an hour. Helpfully and positively. If I need more drainage supplies, I know where to go.
Surprised to see some negative reviews in T-P. That's a shame as it certainly doesn't correspond to my experience.

Checked stock when ordering, confirmed same day dispatch for next day delivery, only part delivery made.
Promised missing item would still be delivered that day then promised next day and today promised it would be here until mid afternoon and now being told it’s tomorrow!
Very poor show! Would not be top of my list to use in future!

The telephone staff were friendly and very efficient. I ordered around 11a.m. yesterday and the delivery came today, doesn't get any better. The products are first class and good quality, came with a ten year guarantee, none of your cheap Chinese junk. Lastly the prices were excellent, if I need any more guttering won't bother looking elsewhere. Very impressed, truly excellent.

Rubbish service provided by cowboy couriers. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

Had a problem where half my order got lost with the courier. I emailed customer services at Gutter Supplies and Sam sorted it all out, fuss free sending the missing bits on an express to me.

Will definitely use again.

What is the point?

No customer service, No Customer respect, what ever you do look else where for supplies, especially if you need it delivering.

I understand there is an issue with transport but why say the item has been dispatched when it clearly hasn't, the tracking number is useless, the customer support is useless.

I called tuffnells to ask where the delivery was they could not answer as they had not yet received the item for delivery I did this on two occasions.

We only get so many dry days to do outside work and then the suppliers take their time in getting items out,they also look to blame the couriers which in this case Tufnells has 50% of the blame, PBS GROUP are really not very customer friendly and apparently do not need our business as you get told buy their customer support to go to other suppliers? they will take your money quickly but not quick to support the product.

The person who I spoke with originally on the phone proves this company does not care if they receive a bad review or give bad feed back what happened to doing that little extra to help the customer? I don't for one minute believe in "the customer is always right" saying but with out customers you have no business, no business no jobs "it is not my job he says" this is what the industry has come to

After several emails to their customer service department I still do not have the materials that was ordered, they seem to think that it is easy for tradesman to complete work with out materials, when you explain that you have the chance to land a bigger contract and your spend with them.would be greater they also don't care yes I'm aware it is not their responsibility for any tradesman to gain more work BUT a tradesman can only do work if he has materials why make out your a fantastic supplier when you can't even deliver a small simple order?

I spent about £700 on pips in peterborough branch and was told I could return the surplus as long as I kept the receipt but when I took back about £50 worth of return, I was offered half the price that I had paid for. Apparently returns are valid for 30 days which was not mentioned on the receipt.. cheeky and dishonest.

Ordered a load of guttering 2 days ago and it's just arrived faster than expected via Tuffnells. Great communication and service.

I have been trying to buy guttering components for my shed. The Builders merchants and B&Q had completely haphazard displays with some bits missing, bits mixed up with different sizes. Tried going on line and same thing. No logical flow through the range of bits you need. Found Gutter Supplies. Could filter for the exact range and all the bits were there and packaged up logically. Ordered and everything turned up the next day. Unfortunately the base of a water butt had been damaged in transit. Sent an e-mail and photos. Replacement shipped the same day and delivered today. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

After my first order was damged in transit the company quickly arranged for a refund .. there was no argument and the customer service staff were polite. Anyway, the second order was better packed and arrived in good condition. The company's customer services function is very efficient and they have always immediately responded to my emails.
