I had travelled with them in the past, without problems. However, last time they cancelled my ride to Charleroi airport last minute. They seemed helpful at first: they told me to book a Uber, and they would cover the difference in price. Four days have passed, and they have not still transferred me the money, neither confirmed they will do. Until they do, I will keep this negative review.

Pre-ordered a round trip from Geneva airport to Meribel. If you don't count the usual chaos in Geneva airport arrival hall everything went perfectly. GVA personnel was very helpful and polite. The company contacted us couple of days prior the transfer date and informed where they are going to pick us up and what to do. Will use their service in the future as well.

I had a great experience with GVA transfers back in June in my round trip from Geneva to Chamonix. The Greek driver who took us around Telis was excellent in his service, hospitality and guidance and punctuality. I would recommend GVA transfers to anyone going to chamonix.

My wife and I went recently on this tour, with GVA Excursions. We booked the full package from their website.

We were supposed to be picked up at 9:15 but got a phone call the day before and were told that there is a change in our pickup time - to 8:25. The actual time we got picked up at was 8:55. We had to call them twice during that time too.

After going to Aiguille du midi and Mer de glace, which are superb and I definitely recommend seeing, something really bad happened on the way back to Geneva. The fact that we didn't even get a MAP is not even worth mentioning.

Two girls who were in the front seats, behind the driver, were asked to move to the back row, because the 2 people staying there "had those seats in the morning" (when the trip started). Mind you, us and the girls were picked up last. We only had the 4 back seats available. We didn't complain about it either.

In all fairness, we also wanted a chance to take some pictures from the moving vehicle (which is close to impossible from the back seats). Where was our right to choose, mister driver?

I didn't know that, in Switzerland, tipping the driver gets you better seats, considering the fact that we all paid the same amount of money to be in that car! It's totally wrong from the driver to tell us that he decides where everyone should stay too.

Unfortunately, the "User guidelines" from Trustpilot are forcing me to not write down some of the conclusions, because "they might cause offence to people", even though that's what it's actually about and because people should see it very clearly in a review.

Considering this, I'm only saying that "GVA Transfer" reported this review and you should be very careful if you choose to travel with them. The stuff you read on the web about the most common types of discrimination in Switzerland is actually true it seems.

At the time of this edit, "GVA Transfers" have not informed us of any concrete measures taken to prevent what happened from repeating, even though we asked them like 3 times.

EDIT FOR THE REPLY: you just wrote the exact same thing from the email you sent us before, and frankly it makes no sense. We NEVER asked you if we could take take the 18:00 bus. Probably other people called you too. We DID tell you this already, yet you seem to be unable to understand English (or pretend not to).

It also makes no difference whatsoever - we weren't given any maps nor meeting spot addresses on where to go. We HAD TO call you to ask where the bus is, so we didn't miss the trip back! You answered and told us to call our driver on the same number, but through Whatsapp so that the call doesn't get redirected to Switzerland. We did. There was no answer. We found the bus by chance, just as you were calling him to tell him that we had no idea where the meeting place is.

Lastly, I have better things to do than to waste my time writing negative reviews that aren't true. What I wrote are the FACTS, not my imagination, yet you seem unable to understand it because it lowers the trust in your company. My advice to you: ADMIT your mistake, stop trying to cover it up and make sure it doesn't happen again. You weren't there with us, on the trip, so please stop trying to derail the facts in your favor (or trying to bring useless arguments into the discussion). Having drivers from 14 nationalities doesn't mean ANYTHING. From recent studies on Switzerland, "age discrimination" is the most wide spread. Google it if you don't believe me. And that's exactly what we witnessed.

Today we travelled with driver Zsolt from Geneva Airport to Annecy.
Great guy and very helpful.
Definitely recommend this driver to everybody.

Zsolt was our driver to Chamonix/Mont Blanc. He was beyond amazing. Zsolt went out of his way to help each person on our bus! He gave us tips during our visit at Chamonix!

It was our first time in Geneva and he gave us recommendations on the top things to do. We ended up going to the botanic gardens and it’s absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Zsolt we had a fabulous time here in Geneva!

Telis did a great job for us to purchase and update the tickets, so we can catch up the trip without losing anything. Very nice guy!

Both transfers to and from the ski resort by GVA were easy, reliable and on-time!

We used GVA on a recent work trip from thesnowboardshop.co.uk. We booked a private transfer return journey from Geneva Airport to Les Arcs. The vehicle was a very high standard and the driver was super polite, helped us with our bags and drove very well. (big up Maximo!). Door to door service, in good time with no issues at all. Decent, competitive price - will be using again.

The driver they provided was competent and friendly. It was a smooth drive. The van provided was clean and comfortable. Certainly will not hesitate to use them again in my next trip. Customer service was prompt and friendly as well.

Great follow up and very good communication previous to the pick up

This is the second time we used GVA Transfers, and I would like to be giving a higher star rating. We were picked up on time and driver seemed polite and he drove reasonably well. The only issue with the driver was he stopped and engaged with the 'yellow vest' demonstrators which could have resulted in something further happening which wasn't ideal. Then on return journey from Courchevel to airport, we had driver phone up and say we had to be picked up 2 hours earlier due to the traffic predicted to be heavy. ( We were leaving the mountain, as busy the other way) He tried to contact us late at night ( and phones on sleep), and then we picked up the message earlier in the morning. It wasn't good as I had to be ready now at 7.30am instead of 9.30am, which was a rush with two children and to tidy up apartment rented. The traffic was not busy and we ended up getting to the airport 2 hours earlier, and had a 5 hour wait for our plane. My husband also wanted to stop for a toilet break and he wasn't that keen to stop, as we found out he had other client booking after us... so was not that happy. Also have to say the second driver was outsourced, not a GVA driver though had a mercedes van.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were met at the airport in the arrivals area and had a short walk to the luxury minibus. The driver handled our luggage. Water was provided. We were dropped right outside our accommodation and the driver didn’t leave until we were all in. Same great experience on the return journey. I will definitely be using this company again. Also great value for money.
