Late delivery, wrong order shipped out. Terrible customer service. Sent in a old box from something they had ordered themselves, which was way too big, and filled it with rubbish. The excuse for this was they were "packing out" the box. We don't want your rubbish. Avoid.

The entire experience with Gymgear Equipment Ltd from beginning to end was exceptional. From the very first phonecall right to delivery and assembly of our BH Fitness Multigym, we were listened to and heard. As a result, we have EXACTLY what we need and where we need it. We also got an Olympic barbell, plates and Olympic Hex bar. Every piece of equipment is superb quality and value for money. I got the Nordic 2350 threadmill on Friday..Mark set it up and explained everything in detail..im absolutely over the moon with this purchase..i highly recommend Gym gear..from start to finish everything went so smoothly..After doing loads of research on this threadmill its top notch and sturdy..delivery within a week Mark even took all the cardboard wrapping away afterwards..it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you Mark..im very greatfull for all your help..Isabelle
