Damaged item and bad customer service
The item came damaged and when I requested for a refund, the owner still expected me to return this item during the COVID-19 pandemic; suggests that you buy another item during the meantime.
I have also seen that another person also left a negative review where their item was also damaged.
I would recommend for people to shop at rhythmic-gymnastics-store instead because the customer service there is amazing and the owner takes into consideration your circumstances.
RE: "Your stretch band has a defective stitch and I have offered to replace it for free and cover your shipping cost once you send the defective item back to us. If you would like a refund, we are still happy to do so as long as you send the item back to us".
You literally just admitted that even if a person asks you for a refund, you expect the item back during the COVID-19 pandemic which further supports what I said. I will not be purchasing your products in the future nor am I going to recommend it to people.

Dear client,
To be clear, you did not request a refund for a stretch band in your communication to us - you have asked to "sort this out". Your stretch band has a defective stitch and I have offered to replace it for free and cover your shipping cost once you send the defective item back to us. If you would like a refund, we are still happy to do so as long as you send the item back to us - it seems there has been some misunderstanding on your side. We cannot accomodate however you keeping the item and geting a full refund given the circumstances, because of arrangements with the manufacturer which what I have explained to you in email.
I have also offered you to exend the return policy deadline to accomodate your circumstances, cover the return shipping costs, and send you the replacement for free. I am sorry to hear that you felt it was still inadequate but I have tried to accomodate you in every possible way.

I received my refund and prompt reply from Seller on this but only wish if they could have check the order first before shipping as time and disappointment cannot be reversed once it’s lost.
