Terrible service asked for a refund as it was over 3 months over due. Still haven't received the item

Ordered something about 2 months ago, still hasn’t come. I’ve asked for a refund about a month ago they said it had been escalated and still haven’t had my refund or my goods. Avoid at all costs.

Seems to be a fraud. They ship items once in a while to not fully ruin their reviews but more than half of the items never gets shipped and the money is not refunded. They reply to the emails and pretend that they are actually taking action or refunding for not shipping the items - but they never refund and don't ship either. I have ordered with them for £40. They did not ship the items. I got in contact 4 times before I received a 2 week later reply that just said 'Hello,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. As soon as I received an update, I'll inform you right away. Thank you for understanding.' Then nothing until I got in contact again. Two weeks later the same email from them. I requested a refund again. They said they would escalate it to the 'refund department'. Nothing. I got in contact again. No response. 8 weeks have passed since I ordered. No items and no refund.

Still haven’t received my items no correspondence definitely will not shop with this business again

I ordered a skipping rope that hasn’t turned up and not able to get a refund or replacement! I will not be buying anymore products from here!

Customer service is actually disgusting not one person reply to any of my request at all when asking where my order was. This needs to majorly improve the only thing they did is condense my customer queries into 1 but if you had the time to so that then you had the time to reply. To top it off you contact me to by replacements for my product when I hadn't actually received the product yet,

Waited ages for delivery and when I asked where my item was it took weeks to reply

Useless... Paid out more than expected for 4+ items and only 1 turned up and smelt like fish! Sent out an email to ask for a refund and yet they haven't responded.

5 Stars because this little company really are trying and really do care about their clients. Would recommend.

Really dissapointed, bought the ab toner, complete waste of time it doesn't even work and as per usual no response and out of pocket. Don't buy in to this, false advertising for products that don't work.

Good quality product and would definitely recommend. Would be 5 stars but was a bit slow with delivery.

It's a not bad product. But the instructions are not clear at all

Great product works well but need a to be abit more sticky on the gel pads as they don't stick to your skin very well.
