We have just had installed an H2O 1000 series Hot Tub. The design, build quality, fit and finish are all outstanding. Having had a hot tub some years ago we can definitely see a big step up in build quality, efficiency and features.
We were delighted with the delivery team of Tony and Aaron who were extremely friendly and made sure everything was up and running before they left.
The overall customer service has been amazing and we would not hesitate to recommend H2O.

What an amazing service…… I called Molly in the morning after an issue with a tub of bought and encountered issues with upon delivery. Molly sourced me a suitable alternative immediately and pulled out all the stops to get it to me.
She called in Lee after an already long day who then once again put their own day on hold to help me out. Lee arrived, placed the tub, got it set up and trained me on how to use it. I now have a very happy family…… from major disappointment one minute with another supplier to excitement and what can only be described as amazing service the next. Thank you so much H20 Hot Tubs; especially Molly and Lee for doing the impossible.

Fabulous from start to finish! Team in the office (Katie & Molly) helpful & friendly. Kept up to date at every stage via messages. Delivery and installation team arrived on time - Tony & Aaron are knowledgeable & friendly. Installed the hot tub and explained how it works. Would recommend them. Made the whole process easy and we are now enjoying the hot tub 🥰

Simon and Scott were amazing. Moved my hot tub from one house and installed in into my new garden. They were efficient and placed it exactly where we wanted it. Both friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish. From ordering to delivery. H2O hot tubs were very helpful all the way through. Lee and Simon who delivered the tub were easy to talk to, and nothing too much trouble. They explained everything fully.

From my initial call to Pauline to the installation of my tub was was seamless.
i had previously had a bad experience with a supplier so was very sceptic about even getting another replacement tub! However Pauline was great and very passionate about the service H20 supply and for good reason. They were excellent. i strongly recommend H20

Thank you to Lee and Simon who did a proper pro job installing my hot tub.(In appalling weather might I add!)They were around for about 3 hours for install filling and setting up! I would also like to thank Pauline and Katie in the office for their help too! The whole process was a great experience! Thank you again.

Can’t fault H20! Brilliant company and brilliant staff. Molly and Katie in the office were 100% professional. Lovely to speak to couldn’t do enough, whatever it was. The order went smoothly, Tony and Aaron delivered on time, got the tub in making it look easy. Really friendly, very knowledgable, perfect set up. Everyone at H2O was unbelievably good and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The tub is excellent we went for the Retreat Bay XL a little extra room, 5 seats and a lounger, 67 jets, the Bluetooth audio is fantastic. All in all I couldn’t be happier and I cant thank H2O enough

Company was very easy to deal with. Held our hot tub for us while our building work was being finished. Delivered and installed by Tony and Simon who did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great service from start to finish (should I say from deciding to buy to installation & after sale. All the team were great from Molly WhatsApp then discussing in the showroom what to buy , Katie & the installation team Lee & Simon. Hot tub does what it says on the tin. Lots of jets , quiet when not in use however the heat banks that I ordered has still not arrive almost 2 weeks on which is a cost for me.

Daniel came out and got our hot tub back in pristine shape! I was so impressed with the job he did, he truly went above and beyond. The utmost professional and very friendly, it was a pleasure having him with us. Katie is always so great and helpful when we have needed help and always gets us sorted with what we need. I cannot recommend this company and its representatives more!

There was confusion over a service booking and their cancellation policy. They offered an acceptable compromise and our service went ahead. The service engineer Daniel was exceptional, friendly and efficient and would rate him a solid 5 star.

Fantastic service at all stages. Easy to deal with from initial visit to the showroom and subsequent clarification of questions by email/WhatsApp with Molly and Katie. There was no hard sell; they just felt genuinely helpful. The installers, Tony and Aaron, did a great job despite the freezing rain on the day. We have had the 2000 series hot tub, with a heat pump for a month now, and we are really happy with the quality, size, comfort, and power of the jets, and the running costs seem low so far. Would highly recommend the product and the company.

This was my first service with the company and it was carried out very efficiently. Dan the service engineer arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. He explained to me everything that he was going to do and kept me updated. Great service.
