Aaron and Simon arrived before the expected time and within minutes had the tub off the truck and in situ. Having had a very long journey from Notts to Devon and back to Somerset they were in very good spirits.
Asked which position suited us best and took trouble ensuring we were happy.
They filled it, explained the workings, loaded up our old tub and left for home.

Totally thrilled with the experience from initial chat with Katie until the installation.

The hot tub is streets ahead of our old one

Dan and Simon installed my Hot Tub on Monday. They were very courteous and friendly and explained everything to me about the workings of the tub. Whether I took it in or not is another thing. ( I am a pensioner) 🤣 but am enjoying it very much. Molly and Katie have helped me with accessories and maintenance plans so am very happy. I would highly recommend this company.

So please with The Vortex hot tub. The service from all the H2O team was exceptional. Katie and Molly helped so much with choosing the right hot tub and getting the hot tub delivered. Sorted out the crane which was amazing to watch!
Aaron and Simon were so helpful and friendly getting the hot tub set up and explaining the chemicals needed and how to change the filters. Highly recommend a hot tub from H2O.

H2O was awesome with us in the process of buying our hot tub. They answered all my questions and concerns. Lee and Tony were brilliant in installing and showing us the bits and bobs of running and maintaining. Thanks so much!

It seems my emails were not received.
The part arrived in time for me to fit. I was telephoned to see if I got the part.

Paid £10 for delivery and it was sent by snail mail took 4 days for delivery.
Part was correct. Will use them again.

Just a great experience from start to finish. Not an easy install due to very difficult access. But got job done. The pure bliss is fantastic value for the money

First of all we absolutely love our just for 2 hot tub really enhances the space in our garden we had some teething problems when Aaron and Simon turned ie limited access but with a bit of forward thinking and problem solving we soon had this figured out and was able to get the just for 2 set up in no time cheers lads would highly recommend h20 hot tubs and there team molly / KATIE / and the install team Aaron and Simon thank again

Tony & Lee installed our wonderful pure bliss hot tub on the 17th July for us and we couldn’t be happier. From placing the order H20 were supportive around all aspects of advice and delivery arrangements and used a handy watsapp service for us to share entry and position information so it would all run smoothly on the day.
We paid for the installation package and the guys were fantastic, so friendly and a credit to the company - so thank you both again.
We are so happy with our new spa, it’s stunning and easy to run and maintain.
We definitely made the perfect choice with this one, the jets are super powerful being a lower numbered jet tub, the led lights are super effective at night, more so than other models I would say with the waterline feature built in, Tony & Lee set it up so that the daily filtering system is appropriate for us and talked us through all aspects of the features, settings and maintenance.
I would highly recommend using this company to anyone looking to make a purchase.

End to end the experience of dealing with H20 has been fantastic! Molly and Katie made the pre delivery experience seamless! Tony and Lee the delivery and installation team were stellar, nothing too much trouble and truly desrve the end of of shift beer!! Highly recommended 👌

My girlfriend purchased the hot tub out right…..because the billing and shipping didn’t match the order was cancelled a week later! After numerous messages to Molly and her personal mobile i was blanked but did finally get our refund…..what a waste of time

Tony and Lee were both knowledgeable and professional. The delivery and installation were swift and efficient with both installers working well together. They were here on time and had a great work ethic. We haven’t had a chance to try the hot tub yet but it looks great
