Right from the start the service we revived was professional, friendly and totally transparent. We were looking for a complete combi boiler fit and bathroom plumbing job ASAP. Work was discussed, organised and executed quickly and very well. Communication was great throughout and the guys are very approachable and reliable. Oh, and adaptations were worked around with no fuss. Highly recommended. Took a great deal of stress of our plate.

Amir and his colleague recently installed our new Vaillant boiler, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they were responsive, clear, and communicative – a refreshing change from many of the tradespeople we’ve encountered in London.

The quality of their work is outstanding. They took great care in the installation, and the boiler runs perfectly – it’s so quiet we hardly notice it’s on! Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.

I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any boiler or plumbing work, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy engineers. An excellent experience all round.

H3gs were recommended to us after our boiler packed in. They were responsive and gave us a quote upfront (something we've learned to appreciate!). They sorted the problem quickly and we had hot water within no time!

I had a last minute crisis when I needed a gas safety certificate urgently. Amir re-arranged his diary to accommodate this two days before tenants were due to move in to the property when it emerged out that the boiler needed replaced. Three days later it was installed. H3GS could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The communication and service were exceptional. I cannot recommend them too highly

Amir and his team were extremely responsive, highly professional and very helpful. They were able to sort out a replacement boiler and fix underfloor heating within less than 12 hours notice.

Amir visited my property and was able to locate the problem regarding the water pressure for both the hot and cold water. [unlike the 2 previous plumbing companies who advised to call another plumber] Having recently had a new boiler installed Amir gave a couple of suggestions to resolve the problem. Over the weekend Amir worked on a plan on the work required for a new water feed into the property. Within 4 days Amir was available to proceed with the work replacing the normal gas boiler with a combi boiler and new water feed for the property. I would recommend H3GS Heating, they gave me advise how they could resolve the problem and the work they would be doing. They were very professional, kept the property tidy whilst doing the work.

Elderly parents needed a new boiler. Visit and quote done quickly. Had text conversation about suitable thermostat. So communication was excellent. On day, arrived as agreed, stayed late to finish the job and tidy up. They were understanding of my payment delays due to Barclays. So nice people to do business with. Also, I later decided the thermostat was not in a convenient place and they came back and re positioned it the next day. Highly recommended.

Twice I used H3GS. Once for a real emergency of water escape, the 2nd time to replace parts of the water supply. Both times H3GS delivered professional service. Amir was quick, calm and kind. He took the time to explain the situation with such great energy and gave me great guidance in what to do if I ever experience escape of water again. Its very refreshing to learn something along the way.
