Update from the below review : 7.8.26 payment arrived this morning. The slow withdrawal creates stress and doubts whether funds will be received or casino is holding them.
But I can confirm that they do pay just takes longer than other casinos. Took 4 days for mine to arrive. Changing my stars to 4 as promised.
I don't understand how they can keep withdrawal for that long. I took advice of someone who said they changed it to Bank transfer instead of visa card and they have their funds in their account within an hour. Well not for me. The excuses to say your payments is in the queue to be confirmed for 4 days!
What does that even mean? I get that this has to be passed to financial team but honestly 4 days to see no update on your withdrawal? Usually you see if it's been approved or confirmed then you wait some more but at least you have some uodate. but this one literally sits there and sits there seeming like you never gonna get it.
If I see my funds anytime soon I will change this review and stars

J’ai déposé 5000€ au total le 21-22 juin. Pendant ma session sur la roulette live, mon solde a atteint environ 12 000€. Un bonus actif (“VIP Weekly Reload”) a été annulé en pleine session, juste après que mes paris aient généré un gain net de +1 800 à +2 550€. Peu après, mon solde s’est retrouvé à 0€.
J’ai demandé des explications et envoyé l’historique complet de mon compte (dépôts, mises, bonus, horodatage minute par minute) pour appuyer ma demande. Leur VIP Manager (Emilia Koster) m’a d’abord affirmé par écrit que “l’argent réel n’est jamais annulé, il reste strictement sur le solde réel” — alors que mes 5000€ de dépôts réels ont bien été réduits à 0. Les chiffres de solde qu’ils m’ont eux-mêmes communiqués ne correspondaient pas à mon propre historique de mises pour cette période, et je leur ai signalé ces contradictions précisément, données à l’appui.
Face à ça, ils m’ont proposé successivement : un refus de crédit manuel, puis 70 livres sterling de compensation, puis un bonus de 1 200€ — jamais d’argent réel et retirable. Ils ont ensuite déclaré leur décision “finale et non contestable”, prétendant ne pas avoir la capacité technique de fournir un relevé de compte complet, alors même que je leur avais fourni le mien en détail. Quelques jours plus tard, mon compte a été désactivé sans explication, alors que j’avais continué à jouer sur la plateforme entre-temps. Depuis, j’essaie d’obtenir une réactivation et une compensation — je les ai recontactés à de nombreuses reprises (email et chat), sans jamais obtenir de réponse.
Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme : les explications fournies se contredisent elles-mêmes et contredisent leurs propres données, aucune preuve n’a été apportée malgré des demandes précises et chiffrées appuyées par mon propre historique complet, et le compte a été coupé dès que j’ai insisté pour une résolution réelle. Je garde toutes les preuves de cette affaire : captures d’écran, échanges d’emails complets, historique détaillé de mon compte.

Absolutely terrible from the first minute of joining. Enrollment is difficult, they ask for numerous documents as proof and then have to validate your phone number. I placed 2 deposits of £20 and £25, I was slightly up with a balance of £52, so I decided to withdraw, there was a a message next to my transaction saying reserved? I contacted customer services who refused to tell me what this meant, they just said read the terms and conditions. They would not let me withdraw until I had played a minimum of 3 x my deposit, so I reversed my withdrawal request and ended up losing it all. The site is rigged in their favour, I would strongly advise anyone not to join. I was very disappointed especially with all the free spin promotions they promised just to suck you in.
