Initially, I purchased a closure from this company and it was perfect. A year later, I purchased the same closure again, expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, the closure I received was much finer, not as full, and more expensive.

I was extremely disappointed, particularly with the owner’s response, who advised that I needed to see a hair specialist regarding a “mesh”. I subsequently purchased another closure from a different company, and there is absolutely no fault with it. This has made it clear that the issue was with the closure I received, rather than anything relating to my hair or installation.

I'm an experienced hair extensionist, and have been wearing hair extensions myself for over 20 years. Having tried different types, my personal preference is tape ins. This was my first time trying Hair Closures and Frontals UK tape in hair extensions, and I am exceedingly glad I did - the hair colour choice is varied, the tape in type is injection tape so they mimic natural hair root and are very discrete, and 20" length can be trimmed as needed. It was very easy to order via the website, and the extensions arrived the next day, enabling me to fit them that afternoon. The hair itself is very silky and soft, nicely thick at the ends as it is double drawn, and there is very little shedding. The colours I've picked were perfect match for my own hair, so I am absolutely thrilled with everything. The sale price was amazing, which allowed me to order a little extra. I am hoping that the extensions last well after removal and retaping, but following the correct extension hair care routine, I don't forsee any issues. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and the hair quality, and would be happy to recommend Hair Closures to others.

Quality hair and lasts a very long time.

I ordered the curly closure for the first time and it has been nothing but a problem for myself and my client. The hair constantly mats at the base by the lace and easily knots at the mid lengths. My client is an experienced closure/extensions wearer and this experience has been a disappointment.

Really disappointing. We had a problem with HC skin system closure advertised as ‘ layer of silk in between for longevity’
There was no longevity with this system it had shed within two months.
Emailed the company to resolve (presumed easily) the issue but the company simply deflected and refused to help nor offer an apology or explanation. Avoid!!!! Actually wish I had read these previous company complaints as it literally sums up the experience I’ve had also.

Their quality is not consistent. I have always used a toner to customize the topper and it has always worked. My customer hadn't even had this closure for a month and the hair was already falling out of it. Any other company would standby and know that is something that is unusual especially if I am a regular customer. Instead, they gave me the runaround and then when I send them pictures now all of a sudden they can't do anything because the hair had been toned. They were never going to correct the situation of their obvious quality control issue. I am not the only person who has complained, as I am in a mesh integration group and others have complained as well.
