Bad. Wouldn’t refund me even though, I had opened one page of the course, rude staff, had to claim my money back with the bank.

Best thing I’ve done for myself for a long time, only signed up to do one thing and ended up completing it all, the tutor is brilliant and so helpful and the support on the Facebook group is so good for all the little questions you have from all kind of experienced people, I feel like I’ve found myself a new future in the working world and can’t wait to get myself into a salon with all my new skills, highly recommend anyone to join the teaching is so simple and easy to.

Easy to follow videos and manuals.. Helen is very friendly and helpful. I'm so pleased I chose this hair extension course. You get ongoing support and get what you pay for. I highly recommend you won't be disappointed

I love how these courses are set out! They are so easy to understand. I have done 2 of them now.
I would highly recommend getting the kit that goes with the course as well then you know you have absolutely everything you need!

The course is actually amazing. The videos, tutorials. Reading materials are so informative that you don’t really miss not being in a classroom type setting. Helen is easily contactable should you have any questions. I will be doing more courses through this website. The tool kit is also amazing. Nothing was missed.

I have trained and qualified in tapes, micro rings, sew in weft and micro weft courses. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have really enjoyed learning through hair extension courses.

At the time I booked this course over another company, wish i had booked the other one. don't like their technic on attaching weaves and placing. Do your research. In order to obtain a final certificate for insurance purposes you have to pay to receive even a digital copy. I have never had to pay for a certificate, their response was "she employs two full time staff to process them". This should be built in to your costs in my opinion, not mine.

They are great I'm hopeless with downloading stuff they were so patient with me iv done a lot of the courses just one to go I can't thank them enough

The courses are great and Helen is really helpful - if I could give 5 stars for this element of Hair Extension Courses I would.

However, the person who manages customer service seriously let’s the team down. If I could give 1 star for customer service, I would. He or she must get out of the wrong side of bed, everyday. The responses to even the simplest, most polite requests are defensive, aggressive and downright patronising. Its made my experience with Hair Extension Courses difficult and unpleasant because on the few occasions I’ve needed administrative help or have had questions, I’m just met with patronising and rude responses, and a complete lack of desire to help resolve any query I have.

I only wanted to leave this review because I genuinely think its such a shame as the courses are brilliant and the customer service really lets them down.

Please just be polite to your customers- they are spending a lot of money training with you and it costs absolutely nothing to be polite!

Just finished and passed Nano extension training, and submitted hidden weave. The course was so informative, especially considering it was all online. Videos and manual was so helpful. I found out that i passed within 30mins, couldn't believe how quick it was! Will definitely be reccomending!
